In September 2025, I took my bicycle to this bike shop for a service. Among other things, the gears were to be adjusted and the long throw of the gear shifter corrected. During the initial consultation, I explained the issue, and the employee suggested that the shifter might need to be replaced to fix the problem. I left my phone number, and the shop owner promised to call me as soon as the service was complete. Four days later, I stopped by the shop, and he told me the bike had been ready for two days. When I asked why he hadn't called, the answer was: "I didn't have time." I will no longer tolerate such arrogant behavior, let alone reward it with my money. Afterwards, I also discovered that the gears hadn't been adjusted as agreed. The shifting problem was also still there. I seriously question what I paid €100 for. This visit was the first and definitely the last. Thanks for NOTHING.

UPS shop with ridiculously inconvenient opening hours. I tried calling ahead to avoid arriving at a locked door again. No answer. I also sent a WhatsApp message asking when someone would be there, but received no response. I've made numerous calls to UPS about this and have arrived three times already only to find the shop closed. The opening hours listed on their website are incorrect. There's a sign on the door saying it's open Tue-Fri 2-5 pm. Who has time to pick up a package then??? Next week will be my last attempt.

I ordered my company bike here. Unfortunately, accessories like a second battery and a luggage rack have been missing for a year. The owner received the full price. Even more outrageous, however, is that he no longer responds to emails. Unfortunately, I've now had to involve a lawyer. Very frustrating!

This workshop is a joke! I can't recommend it. Think twice before leaving your bike there. I can't recommend it.

It's so disappointing that some arrogant man charged me €45 to repair a flat tire. I call that micro-racism. Since I don't have a German accent, it was clear from his demeanor that he didn't even want to help me, which is why he offered me such an absurd price. Of course, I didn't accept it, and my bike was repaired immediately and for a fair price downtown. Don't waste your time getting ripped off by that place. There are some great shops downtown.

Lady, I'll repair it for 30 euros plus 13 for the hose. Everyone pays that here. It has nothing to do with racism. Racism is about harming businesses because of that attitude. I'm tall and white, but I respect everyone. You apparently don't.

This place isn't even worth one star. They claim to have called Jobrad and supposedly couldn't reach anyone. Oddly enough, every bike with Jobrad is fully insured. I paid €25 to pick up my bike and had it for two weeks, and nothing happened. So, dear people, just go to a shop where they actually work professionally, because this place is filthy, there are beer crates lying around, etc. All talk, no action. The guy is simply laughable. Their main source of income is definitely GLS, DPD, Hermes, etc., so be careful.

Dear Sascha, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. I'd like to explain the situation from my perspective so others can get a complete picture. You brought me a bicycle frame without any accessories; all the essential components like wheels, drivetrain, gears, brakes, lights, etc., were missing. The battery was also gone. The lock had been broken. To create a realistic quote, I have to research each part, find the matching components, and calculate the labor involved. This takes time, especially in the middle of summer when our workshop is running at full capacity. Two days after you dropped it off, you already asked for a full estimate. I honestly explained that I hadn't gotten around to it yet, not because of your interest, but because I serve all customers fairly in the order they were received. You then announced that you would be picking up the bicycle, which I respected. Naturally, I didn't invest any further time in it, which should be understandable. The fact that the drinks jar in the workshop is sometimes empty might not be "Instagrammable," but it reflects the honest work we do here, with genuine craftsmanship, expertise, and passion. Incidentally, our main business isn't shipping packages, but selling and repairing high-quality bicycles.<br><br>I take constructive criticism seriously.
