I bought my snowboard and gear there and I'm super happy with it. The advice was really good – honest, competent, and not at all pushy. They looked at what really suited me and didn't just try to sell me anything. On the slopes, I was simply happy. The board felt perfect and it was so much fun. 😊 I would definitely buy from them again. 🏂

I'm so excited to hit the slopes! Thanks to the team at Sport & Outdoor Schädlich. I dropped by with my ski boots, which were over ten years old, and had them checked out. They gave them an honest look and analysis – they could have easily been used for a while longer with new soles or some refurbishment. They also clearly explained that the material naturally wears out after so many years. There was no pressure on me whatsoever. Without any pressure, I decided to invest in new ski boots myself – even though I really liked my old ones. Excellent service, including foot measurement, plenty of time, patience, and a pleasant atmosphere. Now I'm standing in my new boots, feeling great – and even more excited to hit the slopes. Highly recommended.

Aqua Novo Boot Ski Boots: I'm completely sold! Superb, friendly owner (…thanks Marco…), great team, perfect service. I'm more than satisfied with the consultation, the explanations during the fitting, and everything else. It was first-class and exceeded my expectations. Marco and his team took excellent care of me: from scheduling the appointment and the service before and during the boot fitting to answering my questions and providing, in my opinion, absolutely competent and honest advice. A clear recommendation for Marco and his team. If I need outdoor gear again, I'll definitely be back; the drive (about 150 km) is definitely worth it. P.S.: The Aqua Novo boot feels absolutely fantastic; I'm already looking forward to my first turns!

I was looking for snowboard boots. I found what I needed at Sportschäden. The advice I received was fantastic and very competent. Whether from the owner himself or an employee, they took their time and listened to my needs. :) I can highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service! Dennis took plenty of time and gave me great advice when I bought my ski boots. The prices were also very fair. A sports shop I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Nice, friendly, competent, and worth every one of the 5 stars! Excellent advice on buying new ski boots from start to finish. I always felt that the focus was truly on finding the best-fitting boot, not the most expensive one, or even worse, the one they needed to get rid of. It's great that there are still retailers like this. THANK YOU!
