Unreserved recommendation! I bought a road bike from bikesale in Brunnthal and am absolutely thrilled with the expert advice. The bike matches the description published online exactly. The staff listened carefully to my wishes and needs, and even though I tried out another, more expensive bike there that I also liked, they recommended the one I ended up buying because it better suited me and my requirements. Fantastic! I'm extremely satisfied. Twelve months ago, I bought my used e-mountain bike from Bikesale at an absolutely great price. The bike arrived via freight carrier and was in top condition, just as I had seen in the pictures. The purchase went completely smoothly. I can't imagine how the company ended up having to file for insolvency, but I hope Bikesale reopens. I would definitely buy my next bike from them again. So, best of luck to the company!

The entrance door was stuck, and the salespeople just stared at us through the glass door without moving. A customer took pity on us and opened the broken door from the inside. The used bicycle we ordered was brought from the back and then only reluctantly explained when we asked. Disinterest and arrogance were palpable. The broken bell wasn't replaced. According to the salesperson, the Suntour XCM 34 suspension fork should be adjustable via air pressure with a pump. Otherwise, the used bicycle was clean and well-maintained. There was no workshop on-site for repairs or warranty work.

We were in the shop to find a suitable bike. We were only allowed to test out two bikes when we were told that the limit was two bikes to test out and that nothing can be done without an appointment. We thought we must have heard wrong. The employee had no interest at all and the service was absolutely disastrous. It's a good thing we didn't buy a bike there. Who knows how things would have turned out if we had signed. Then we went to Fahrrad Sperk. We bought a new discontinued model straight away for a similar price and this one was new. The service was like being in a different world. So honestly, forget about this bike sale and go to a decent shop instead.

Fast shipping, excellent service, delivered as described. The only downside was the very thin and flimsy cardboard box. However, since the pedals, charger, and key were securely attached to the bike for transport, I'm giving it 5 stars. Update: The speed sensor on the bike was broken, but the warranty claim process was incredibly straightforward and quick. I was able to have my bike repaired at a different workshop and submit the invoice. Excellent!

Never again! We bought an e-bike for almost €2400. The bell was missing upon delivery. When we complained about it and pointed out the lack of road safety, we were told that the bell wasn't part of the purchase agreement because it wasn't shown in the photos. That's true, but at that price, it's an absolute disgrace and shows no sign of customer satisfaction. Very annoying, and never again! We'd rather buy locally again!

The consultation and sale three years ago were good. Unfortunately, the after-sales service was very poor. After one year, I reported problems with the chain via email. I assumed I had a two-year warranty. Of course, they claimed they only have to provide a one-year warranty on used bikes. I reported my problem after one year and two weeks... Still no service offer. Therefore, I cannot recommend them, especially since the bikes cost a lot. They gladly took the money, but there was no service afterward.

Excellent communication, scheduling an appointment went smoothly, and all the desired bikes were made available for testing without any problems. The space in the backyard is comparatively larger than at other shops. The bikes were in the same condition as described online, and all defects were documented in pictures. The price is great for the service. If you know exactly what you're looking for and have the bike you need, this is the right place!
