I wanted to make an appointment today to have my bike serviced before the start of the season. I was personally greeted at the parking lot by the owner, who asked me if I wanted to park there—in an alien tone. That was resolved right there and then. Customer service works differently.

I went there today to check on some minor issues with my scooter. The license plate was loose and only hanging on by one nut. I asked if the owner had anything to fix it, and I'd pay for it. He didn't even have two screws and nuts for payment, or so he claimed. He just left me standing there, mumbled something through his mask, and after waiting, I just left. Everyone's complaining about Corona, but they don't seem interested in getting customers. Now I'm going somewhere else. What a shame! I practically threatened them with business 🙁

Mr. Grünbaum is always very helpful and very friendly. I was able to drop by without an appointment and he repaired my bike immediately. Excellent!

Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful with my problem. The service here could be much better. Sorry, it used to be better. Unfortunately, only 1 out of 5 stars.
