The saleswoman took her time advising each customer individually. She considered the customers' individual feet, the intended use of the shoes, and their specific wishes, while also providing information about the suggested shoes. I felt I received excellent advice.

Very, very competent and friendly advice. Not for your run-of-the-mill shoe, but who wants that anyway? If you care about your feet and body, and are very active, you should go there.

Fantastic advice, well worth the trip! My husband and I were quite inexperienced when it came to athletic shoes, and we found Daniela Gaßner to be incredibly knowledgeable. She really does seem to know everything. She explained how shoes are made, why a particular model from a certain manufacturer is best suited to your feet, how socks are knitted, and why you absolutely must wash them before wearing them for the first time – simply amazing. It's truly remarkable that there are still such fantastic specialist retailers with such expert advice in Dachau.
