I've been buying my aluminum profiles here for ages, always top quality, and always ordered today, delivered tomorrow – it doesn't get any better than that. And if you order in bulk, you can even negotiate the price – where else can you find that? And the people on the phone are always friendly. I highly recommend them.

Good products at reasonable prices, and delivery is usually lightning fast; I often receive the goods within 24 hours, even for 2-meter-long aluminum profiles. I can't understand the negative reviews. Excellent, thank you!

Warning! I bought several items, a few were shipped, and the delivery note stated that the rest would be sent later. They never arrived, and my emails are no longer being answered. Stay away from this store!

In rare cases, a partial delivery may occur. HOWEVER, everything will be sent subsequently, and all emails received will be answered. Unfortunately, I cannot find any sales information under the aforementioned name to fully understand what the problem was for you.

An unreliable seller. Starting with shipping a week later than stated. And he deletes his reviews to keep his account 'clean'! No product received, no refund yet. Buyer protection must now resolve this!

It's true there was a problem with your item, and it was shipped late. I apologize for that. We communicated this as soon as we noticed it. However, the claim that we delete reviews is definitely false. Not a single review has been deleted from our site, and as you can see, yours is still there.

Excellent quality and prices, fast delivery! Best service!!! There was a minor delivery error, "these things happen where people work." My feedback was addressed within minutes and a free replacement was sent. Would gladly order again!!!

I ordered white aluminum profiles and matching fiberglass-reinforced connectors. Top quality and a great system. The connectors fit snugly, but a little sewing machine oil makes it easier. The profiles are well packaged, and the coating is very high quality. I can highly recommend them. And you get a quick response, even to technical questions.

Ich schreibe selten bis nie Bewertungen. Dieses Mal ist es aber absolut angebracht. Ich habe eine größere Menge Aluschienen bestellt. Lieferung war schon wenige Tage später. Nach einer kleinen Reklamation meinerseits (Materialfehler) kam nach drei Tagen die Ersatzlieferung bzw. eine Erstattung. Kommunikation via Mail und Telefon top. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!
