For new customers, especially from abroad, this might be important to know: Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at this workshop. I went there twice, once to have a tire changed on my new car because the dealership was far away and I didn't have much time. The staff there were very unfriendly, which, to be honest, surprised and hurt me. The second time, I wanted to make an appointment for air conditioning service on my second car, which I use for daily errands. The answer was short: "No time." When I asked for an appointment, they simply said they were fully booked and offered no consideration at all. Personally, I had the impression that as a foreign customer, I wasn't particularly welcome there. This disappointed me, so I won't be using this workshop again in the future.

We rented two e-bikes on a Saturday to explore the region by bicycle. Booking was easy via email and phone. We received a very friendly welcome on site, and the bike briefing was very thorough! Although the rental company officially closed at 1:00 PM, we were allowed to return the bikes at 7:00 PM by prior arrangement. The bikes were fully charged and in excellent condition. Everything went perfectly! Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back. 👍👍👍

Never again will we buy a new e-bike here. The advice we received during the purchase was very friendly. After two months, the bike developed problems, and we were simply laughed at. Only after the second inquiry was anything done. Two weeks after the repair, the same problem occurred again. We were again laughed at, and only after the second inquiry and a call to the manufacturer was anything done. Their website also states that you get a loaner bike during repairs, but this is not true. After the second repair, the bike was defective again with the same problem, so we returned it. Very poor service.
