After a failed attempt to get a cost estimate for my health insurance from a competitor in the next town, I simply gave them a call. I was immediately engaged in a professional, relaxed, and genuinely service-oriented consultation. Just drive there, have your feet measured, and pick up your excellent insoles a few days later: outstanding quality, superb service, pragmatic and reliable communication, and they even have a deck chair and water bowl for service dogs outside. Oh, and: What do you need a cost estimate for? I bill your insurance company directly; you only have to pay a few euros. That's what service-oriented customer retention looks like—thank you so much!

Waiting times are the same regardless of insurance type, and conversely, for privately insured patients, we only charge the corresponding prices of the public health insurance funds, and nothing more.
