Absolutely fantastic. The consultation, ordering, and delivery were all top-notch. Five stars plus for how everything went. Cube is a superb bike brand with excellent service.

Yes, the shop has been highly recommended since the guys took over. Fast service, always solution-oriented, and the PL is also excellent. It's cool that we have such a shop in Eschenau...

I wouldn't have thought there was a bike repair shop just 3km from my apartment. I was worried I'd have to go to Nuremberg?! They spontaneously offered me a "Come by and we'll take a look." A great team, super friendly and funny! Very competent, the problem was quickly identified and fixed. I then bought some add-on parts, which were installed right away. I was extremely satisfied! I won't go to any other bike repair shop again—that's for sure! ;)

We've been loyal customers there for years, having bought several bikes and always had them serviced there as well. Today I had another problem with the gears, which they took care of quickly. Highly recommended – small but excellent, as they say :)

Very friendly and competent guys :) The chain on my e-bike was making a lot of noise and sometimes slipping. I was told to just drop by so they could assess the work involved and schedule an appointment for the repair. When I arrived, they adjusted the chain completely (luckily it wasn't anything major) and it's been running perfectly ever since! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back :)
