Very friendly and competent service! Since an item I ordered was currently out of stock, we had a very pleasant and personal exchange via email. Ultimately, I waited a little longer for my order because everything could then be shipped in one package. As a small thank you, Astrid and Stefan included a little gift with my order. The swimwear I ordered is of excellent quality. The swimsuit is particularly impressive with its high back. The jammers also stand out with their unique color scheme. Furthermore, the wide selection of swimrun gear is fantastic. I had been searching for neoprene calves for a long time. I highly recommend SwimShop. Since I've already been spreading the word among my friends and acquaintances, I'm sure our customer base will grow soon.

Very satisfied! I recently bought a swimsuit online. A swimsuit like this has to fit perfectly, which wasn't the case until the second one I tried. The owner, Stefan, patiently and kindly guided me through the return and email process. I'm very grateful to him for that. I'm delighted with my swimsuit and will be ordering more products. I rented a brand-new suit for the swimrun. It was a great piece of kit, and it was a lot of fun. Communication was quick and easy, and the rental process was seamless, with great attention to detail. €40-50 isn't cheap, but considering the suit was significantly more expensive, it's definitely worth it.

Thanks for your feedback. For a €550 suit, many other providers now charge €70 or more for rental, which is about 15% of the new price. This is necessary because a buyer also expects a corresponding discount when purchasing a used suit. I'm glad you had a great race in the suit and thank you for your trust. #weareswimrun

It was a fantastic experience in and around Lake Tegel with the wetsuit I rented from myswimshop. I participated in the swimrun super sprint for the first time. I felt well supported by the excellent organization, and the rented wetsuit fit perfectly after receiving good on-site advice. Communication beforehand was also good, so I could rely on having a wetsuit on race day.

The swimming event at Berlin's Tegler See was a great opportunity to try out a wetsuit using the rental option, especially if you're not of average size. The advice, service, and of course the wetsuit itself were excellent, and I even took the rental fee home with me. Many thanks to Stefan; I've always avoided events where wetsuits are mandatory because I didn't want to "sell myself out." It was great to see what other swimming equipment there was to discover :) - See you again!

Competent and friendly service at myswimshop. I bought a swim buoy some time ago and recently a wetsuit as well. I find the service of being able to extensively test wetsuits at home absolutely fantastic. Excellent advice both before and during the purchase. Fast and uncomplicated processing.
