The bike shop was abysmal and lacked any concept... After this experience, I'll be buying bikes elsewhere again, as the distance to a proper specialist dealer doesn't deter me. The handover meant: You take the bike without any instruction or adjustments... And the problems that arose weren't solved; instead, they blamed your riding style and just argued about how to fix them. In the end, another bike shop solved the problem so I could finally use the bike... And then there's the generally abysmal quality of the e-bike. For example, the clear coat started peeling and cracking after a short time because it was painted with such poor quality... How they can carry such a manufacturer is beyond me. Update in 2024: After purchasing a new e-bike (full suspension) from a truly qualified competitor, I've learned what makes a good bike shop. I was completely measured, and the optimal frame size was determined. At handover, everything – including the shock absorbers – was adjusted to my height and weight. And the bike was even delivered to my door immediately, as I was unable to pick it up due to illness. Update 2025: The owner's reaction to my 2024 update, which referenced my cold and related my review to my illness, speaks volumes even years later... I wish him a speedy recovery.

I had the feeling it was all about money, with every repair costing a new flat rate. The repair costs would have been over €300, but at another bike shop I paid €100, as many things weren't necessary at all, and elsewhere they don't charge a flat rate but rather charge fairly by the minute for labor. I strongly recommend comparing prices.

In the old REWE supermarket, the staff is super nice and dedicated, the studio is a bit cramped and dark, but the changing rooms and sanitary facilities are top-notch.

Competent advice and good, affordable service. I had my bike ready for the summer there. Any necessary or advisable repairs were discussed beforehand. Prices are reasonable for such a small shop, as is the selection of parts and accessories.
