The advice was excellent and friendly; everything was explained in detail, I was allowed to try everything out, and my "special requests," such as attaching a hitch for my dog ​​trailer, were fulfilled. I especially appreciate that the tricycle is picked up and delivered for any repairs or inspections. My tricycle was delivered quickly, and everything was explained again in detail. Well, I made an appointment and received the best advice from Martina Fricke. The added bonus is that she's a trained physiotherapist. She knows what people with disabilities need and can assess them accurately. This assessment was fantastic, and it was a dream come true for me too. I test-rode other tricycles and recumbent bikes, but they weren't as good as e-motion-Bike made them out to be. A week later, I took the plunge and bought a beautiful bike for myself. I'm already looking forward to my first rides and would like to sincerely thank Martina and her team again; they are absolutely top-notch. It doesn't get any better than an A. I've never experienced anything like it in my life—the best advice, and I'm still totally thrilled and blown away. Best regards, Marc

We bought two e-bikes there and are very satisfied with the advice and assistance we received during the setup and adjustment of the bikes. Mr. Fricke and the workshop manager (I don't recall his name at the time, but I think it's Jimmy) gave us excellent advice! They were also very helpful when we sold our previous bikes. After unfortunately encountering several problems getting a bike online through a dealer via Jobrad, my last attempt was to go directly to the authorized dealer near me. To be honest, e-motion was my second attempt, as the first dealer didn't have the bike I wanted. Once I got there, I had the best experience buying an e-bike I've ever had. They took ample time to listen to me and my needs, even though I had to stop once and come back later. I was treated with exceptional friendliness and a very customer-oriented attitude. I was able to try out bikes without any ifs and buts, and no question I asked went unanswered. For me, this was an all-around perfect service, one that other shops and dealers could definitely learn a thing or two from. Anyone looking for a decent bike will certainly not be disappointed here. This review is long overdue. I picked up my Riese & Müller UBN6 Touring on May 21, 2025, and have absolutely loved it from the very beginning. So, first of all, a huge thank you for persuading me to treat myself to this fantastic bike. I haven't regretted it for a single second. Thank you for making me an offer I simply couldn't refuse, despite all my extra requests. :-D The motor is wonderfully quiet yet powerful when needed. The Fazua app offers customizable programs, all the great data analysis, and a display that's easy to read, even in bright sunlight. The bike is wonderfully light, 10 kg less than my winter e-bike, and incredibly smooth to ride. You hardly ever need the motor. I've only used it about 6% of the time in the nearly 1000 km I've ridden so far, and that includes quite a few hills. It's good to know there's a little extra help when I'm feeling a bit weak. The motor is so wonderfully quiet, yet powerful when needed. The Fazua app is great with its customizable programs, all the fantastic data analysis, and a display that's easy to read, even in bright sunlight. But the highlight was today's first ride with all our vacation gear. A total of almost 20 kg on the rear rack, and the bike still rode smoothly and effortlessly. On my other bike, the rack wobbled like crazy with just half the weight, making the ride incredibly unstable. Not so with the R&M: despite the weight, no wobbling at all, everything super stable and quiet, almost like riding on rails. A dream. Thank you for the excellent advice, and a special thank you to the technicians who were so friendly and competent during the service call. I know my beloved bike will be in good hands with you for future servicing. I can wholeheartedly recommend e-motion Erding. And of course, Riese & Müller. It's hard to believe how wonderful a bicycle can be. Thank you. <3

I bought the e-bike Specialized Turbo Vado 4 from here exactly a year ago. Why am I writing the review now? Because I wanted to review after seeing their after market services as well and the performance of the product for 1 year. And I must say, I am very happy I bought my bike from here. Herr Jens, the owner himself, had showed and informed me about all the e bikes in my budget and I was amazed by his patience with the amount of questions I asked and all the different e-bikes that I test drived for hours that day. Although it took a few weeks for the deal to go through as I had to do my due diligence by visiting other stores as well, but the only thing that made me return here to buy the exact model and colour that was available elsewhere was their friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy your first e bike and are overwhelmed by the huge number of options out in the market. The only drawback for me is that it is a bit far away from the Munich city and it eats half a day from my Saturday to visit them for a service(as i bought my bike there so i can only get it serviced at this centre) or any other issue but that is the only negative I can think of.

Top notch customer service and quality bikes. I had a problem with my wheel lock within the first few weeks of delivery, and the shop came to pick up my bike, replaced it and delivered it back to me quickly. They have my future business.
