Mr. Bauschmid is very friendly; he inspected our wobbly rear wheel with us within 20 minutes and tightened the spokes as needed. The wobble couldn't be completely corrected; for that, we would have needed to buy a new wheel. But he was able to fix it enough that it's no longer causing any problems. We were able to continue riding immediately.

Herr Bauschmid is brilliant. I know you cannot judge a person on how they look, but his friendliness and helpfulness shines through his eyes, and his service is great. Herr Bauschmid replaced my rear hub and chain, sorted out my brakes and even replaced the handlebar grips that had been annoying me for years (but I never got around to fixing). His wife is also lovely. Friendly and helpful. Thank you.
