After an email inquiry, I received a call back from the manager. Very good advice about trampolines and the product variety. I didn't know there were inground trampolines. You could even order a trampoline system. A trampoline with a diameter of 366/12 ft was sufficient for our needs. Delivery was via a freight company. Assembly was easy. A trampoline dealer with over two decades of experience, whom I would happily recommend.

I was unsure about the many negative reviews, and especially about whether the company still exists. It does, and I had a very pleasant contact! I received a call immediately after I sent an email. My request for the trampoline to be there by the weekend was fully accommodated! It's a family business, and the contact was just as friendly, informal, and pleasant! Our trampoline is well equipped again and will hopefully last another 10 years!

Good trampoline, unfortunately very poor customer service. They responded quickly to the purchase, but as soon as a problem arises, there's radio silence. Several emails simply go unanswered.

Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to reorder our spare parts since November, and emails aren't being answered. I wonder if the company still exists and why they haven't responded to my messages, whether they're on the website or via email. Very poor service!

Warning - transferred €300, never received the goods. Getting a response by email is also a matter of luck. There's either radio silence or excuses. According to Google, there are also three different locations, but none of them match the address on the website. Unfortunately, in my case, a criminal complaint for fraud had to be filed. UPDATE: After the dealer was threatened with legal action, the products were shipped. However, the goods were not delivered in full. The responsible clerk, Ms. S. F., does not consider it necessary to apologize for mistakes.
