I was a bit disappointed that adjusting my ski boots to the new bindings cost €25. I understand that skilled work has its price, but in many ski resorts – for example, in Austria – this service is often free. So the price here did surprise me. It would be nice if they could make it a bit more customer-friendly.

Before leaving such a negative review, you should really do your research. In Austria, ski bindings are adjusted manually according to a chart, while in Germany, it's mandatory to have them adjusted by a TÜV-certified machine.<br><br>Such a machine is expensive and requires annual maintenance and inspection. Unfortunately, I can't offer free service in my small shop yet. Why don't you get your bindings adjusted where you bought your skis or boots? I offer free binding adjustments for customers who make purchases from me.

On our way to our winter vacation in South Tyrol, we stopped in Erding and looked for a ski shop to stock up on the equipment we were still missing. In our search, we chose this shop. It turned out to be a stroke of luck. After truly competent, personal, and thorough advice, we were able to get everything we needed. The adjustment/tuning of our ski bindings was also done immediately. Our vacation is unfortunately behind us now, but the equipment was perfect for us, and the fair price was convincing. Thank you for the advice!

If you're young and just want some advice, you're in the wrong place, as this ski shop is only interested in your money. Customers who want some advice first and aren't sure whether they want to buy something are treated rudely and not taken seriously. Nevertheless, the prices are reasonable, and the shop is nice to people who have money (hence the two stars instead of one).

My customers know that I place great value on providing advice and that the purchase price isn't the primary concern. These two young people wanted a detailed consultation in my shop without any intention of buying anything. They kept showing me pictures of items.<br><br>It was clear that they were online shoppers. Unfortunately, that doesn't work in my small shop.

Excellent on-site advice and still very good value for money. That's rather rare these days. I bought a new helmet here and I'm very happy with it. Finally, someone who can compete with all the online and mass-market retailers through good quality and service. It's worth paying a little more and not having to buy twice.

Excellent advice, very friendly people, and top-notch products. I tested them on my ski vacation and was very satisfied; I'd gladly use them again! The prices are also absolutely competitive! Two pairs of skis, a helmet, three pairs of poles, two pairs of ski boots, plus a pair of gloves for just under €1000, and they even threw in ski goggles and two hats! You should definitely check them out!
