It couldn't be worse. None of the employees have a clue about the product range, except perhaps the shelf where the items might be located. There's virtually no advice available, as apparently no one there actually does any sports, and consequently, no one has any idea which products to recommend... even one star is too generous.

I wanted to return damaged shoes, but only received a credit note. No money back. Very poor service.

We buy both our sportswear and our workwear (from Dunlop) here. High-quality products and a selection that leaves almost nothing to be desired. The advice is always friendly and competent. Specialty stores offering personal advice are rare these days, so it's all the more wonderful to have one right around the corner. Shopping here is still a matter of trust and, as such, is associated with a positive experience. Product selection 5/5 stars Friendliness 5/5 stars Competence 5/5 stars ...

I wanted to try on/buy some Adidas sneakers and was the only customer in the shoe department. After I got an employee to get the right size from the stockroom, he brought me three completely different pairs of shoes than the ones I wanted to try on. I felt awkward pointing out to the poor guy for the third time that they were the wrong shoes. He then explained, sounding annoyed, "There are so many boxes of Adidas shoes in the stockroom. I tried, but I can't find the ones I need. It would take too long. Besides, I have other customers." (There was no one else around.) I said, "I really want to buy these shoes. Is there absolutely no way I can get them today?" He replied, "No, that's too much trouble right now." Then he left, and I ordered the sneakers online for €5 less. It's a shame; I would have preferred to buy them in the store.

Everything they offer is of the worst quality, and you can't even get your money back if you buy something as a gift for someone and it doesn't fit. You just get a voucher. Totally ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and buy everything online instead.

The prices are great and the selection is perfect. I never leave the store without buying something. The low prices and the small selection of comic-themed t-shirts for children are particularly noteworthy.
