Fantastic shop! I was there primarily to have my Propain Spindrift serviced, including fork and shock service. Alex took great care of everything and made some excellent suggestions to significantly improve the bike in a few areas. All in all, superb service! Thank you so much!

Excellent service from Alex! 👍 You schedule an appointment, and Alex then has his time exclusively for you. You discuss the necessary work beforehand! In my case, he replaced my brakes, from SRAM Avid Trail XO to Magura MT05. Alex even re-tidied the cables on the handlebars – his trademark! Others have had their brake replacement requests rejected, unanswered, or simply ignored. Sure, I could do it myself, but I just don't have the time right now. Alex accepted the job immediately! 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for a suitable bike to get an e-MTB from JobRad in 2026. I already had a general idea of what I wanted, but I'm not very familiar with the different components (SRAM, Shimano, etc.) and I didn't have the time or inclination to spend hours researching in forums or reading countless reviews. I stumbled across Alex's website online. The homepage immediately appealed to me, so I contacted him right away to schedule an appointment. What can I say – the consultation was fantastic. Alex took plenty of time, answered all my questions, and we found the perfect bike for me. You can really feel Alex's passion for biking and bikes. What I particularly liked: Excellent organization – from scheduling the appointment to picking up the bike, reliable and structured. Top-notch expertise – he rides a bike himself, knows what's important, and brings his experience to the consultation. Excellent service – I had a few questions after picking up my car, which were answered promptly. Therefore, I give it a 5-star rating!

I took my road bike to Alex for a bike fitting and general bike service in preparation for a triathlon (tires, handlebar tape, saddle, etc.). Great service, very pleasant atmosphere, and I hope the upgrades helped me gain a few minutes ☺️ Thanks Alex, see you next time! 🙌

From the initial website visit, first contact, appointment scheduling, bike inventory including consultation, to the delivery of my bikes, everything was perfect. Alex is incredibly authentic and passionate about his business. I hope he can maintain this level of service when he's overwhelmed with customers because he does such a fantastic job! 😊
