We had a general inspection done on my wife's bike. It was never properly adjusted, a bit rusty, the taillight didn't work, and it was a little difficult to ride. The bike was serviced quickly, courteously, competently, and pragmatically, considering the cost-effectiveness. The bike now rides great and looks clean and well-maintained again! Mine is next! I'd go back anytime :)
