From what I've read here, customer experiences seem to vary somewhat. I was looking for a bike lease and only stopped by spontaneously because I couldn't get proper information at Fahrrad XXL... When I entered this shop, I was immediately greeted warmly by a Sebastian. He showed me exactly what I was looking for, all my questions were answered competently, and the entire process was handled exceptionally well. The handover was also very pleasant, including various individual adjustments. The only slight scare was when I hit the first bump in the road, as the screw for adjusting the saddle angle wasn't quite tight, and I almost fell off. All in all, a very good experience, though there's still room for improvement in the workshop.

The 5-star rating goes to Christian! We bought our e-bike two weeks ago. During the purchase and our subsequent visit, we were assisted by a different employee. These experiences would have warranted one star (I won't go into the specifics). When I discussed the entire situation, including the resulting financial loss, with the store manager, he showed absolutely no understanding. To cheat a customer out of €55, call it a "misunderstanding," not even offer an apology, and merely thank us for the criticism—and then claim there was no loss because it was our idea—only exacerbates the situation and certainly doesn't foster customer loyalty. Only Christian assessed the situation perfectly. Although I was furious and wanted nothing more to do with the store, I felt comfortable with Christian from the very first moment and quickly calmed down. He handled the situation very well. I would definitely recommend Christian from Bike-Center Schreiber – not necessarily Bike-Center Schreiber itself. Good employees are worth their weight in gold. Thanks, Christian!

I'm absolutely thrilled! I bought my e-bike here and have been completely satisfied from the very first moment. The advice I received was excellent – competent, honest, and clearly demonstrated a passion for cycling. Even after the purchase, the service is simply fantastic: quick assistance, a super-friendly team that truly goes the extra mile. This is what customer service should be like! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had accidentally broken my brake while trying to dismantle the light and the gentleman at the repair shop kindly fixed it at the spot and free of charge. They also speak very good English; so highly recommended for expats, too.

Very kind staff. We got advised by Christian. He showed us bikes we wanted, gave some tips and options. And wasn't trying to sell things we don't need. Much appreciated!

Professional team! Schreiber's technicians are nice. Even though I don't speak much German, they are willing to explain detailed information about my bike which is disassembled and shipped from my country to Gerany. Reasonable Price. For re-assembly and safety check, it is, for me, a bit over-priced but with much higher overall quality than I expected.
