I had a comprehensive bike fitting with my road bike and I'm really pleased. David took his time. The adjustments were based on some measurements and my feelings, and they had an immediate positive impact, both in terms of efficiency and comfort. My feet were precisely measured, and I selected suitable Lake shoes and insoles. At the end, David also took the time to give me tips on nutrition and strength training. Upon my request, he also recommended bib shorts, which have now become my favorite pair of shorts. I learned a lot during the fitting and can recommend it to anyone who feels like they're not sitting properly on their bike ;)

Update May 2025: As planned, I took my second bike to Bike Ergonomic Baßler, and my experience was just as positive as my first bike fit! I also received a €50 discount on my second bike fit – and a delicious espresso :) I recently had the pleasure of having a bike fit done here, and I'm very happy with the result! They took plenty of time and addressed my individual needs perfectly! Every step was thoroughly explained, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'll definitely be back with my next bike!

My biggest problem: Hallux valgus – all my shoes pinch. Even my (old) cycling shoes. Then Run&Hike (great running shoes) told me about you. Hey, now I have PERFECT cycling shoes, with two Boas on each side that I can adjust perfectly depending on how I feel that day. Great advice, then I ordered two pairs to try on. Fantastic atmosphere. I can only recommend to anyone who doesn't have perfectly "normal" feet: You'll find something there!

David is doing a fantastic job. For far too many years, I rode my road bike without a proper bike fitting – even though I did all the maintenance myself, following instructions. Now my hands no longer go numb, and pedaling is so much more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the comprehensive service. From buying new shoes and adjusting the cleats on both my old and new shoes to getting orthotics and several appointments for fine-tuning, all at no extra charge. I can wholeheartedly recommend David – he's friendly, patient, and you can immediately tell he's very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. I wish I'd gone to him sooner.

Very satisfied! In the middle of the year, I went to David from Ergonomic Baßler for a bike fitting. As a long-time racing cyclist, I had been considering getting a fitting for a long time. However, I always questioned whether it was worth the money. I was pain-free most of the time and, in my opinion, sat well on the bike. When I finally agreed to a fitting with David in the middle of the year, it felt "different" at first, and I was skeptical whether it would make me "faster." However, David was able to answer all my questions and explain his steps so that I could follow along. I also had the opportunity to test a wide selection of saddles. After some time and hundreds of kilometers, I became happier with the fitting every day. I didn't have the little aches and pains here and there like I usually do. A few weeks ago, I became aware of the Lake Day. My previous shoes caused pressure points and were simply too narrow for my right foot. All my foot measurements were stored there, so they were able to quickly find a suitable shoe. I've been training with them for three weeks now and I'm very happy with them. PS: They've also had good coffee on every visit so far.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank bike ergonomic baßler and Mr. Voll for the pleasant morning and the first-class advice last week. I booked the Pro Fitting (including saddle pressure measurement and cleat adjustment). After a pleasant welcome with coffee and a brief medical history, I went straight to my road bike, where Mr. Voll recorded all the relevant metrics, including pressure measurement on my road bike saddle. Without any specific complaints, my road bike was often uncomfortable on longer rides, and for the upcoming season, I wanted to motivate myself without buying a new bike and avoid unnecessary discomfort. Although I've been riding road bikes for several years and had already watched a few bike fitting tutorials, I was quite surprised at how many adjustments resulted from the bike fitting: My saddle was (significantly) too high and too far back, and the seat angle was tilted too far forward. Likewise, my handlebars were not aligned at the correct angle, and the hoods were poorly aligned on the handlebars. After making all the adjustments, I can report, even after my first longer test rides, that my hands are noticeably less strained and the previously disliked saddle no longer pinches. The new seat height was unusual at first, but the entire bike rides much better now, even after 2 hours or more. Since I received the fitting results by email that same evening, I was able to transfer the results directly to my 'cross bike. I've also significantly adjusted the saddle height on my city bike. The evaluation also included some mobility exercises tailored to me, which I can use to improve my position on the bike and shorten my leg length in the future. Very thoughtful! Conclusion: I can recommend a bike fitting to anyone who regularly spends time in the saddle. Bike ergonomic Baßler was a great choice for me. Special thanks to Mr. Voll!

I'm very excited! I was actually skeptical about whether a bike fitting was necessary. Now I can say it was a damn good idea. As a woman on a road bike, I thought a saddle couldn't possibly be comfortable. But with a lot of patience and a very wide selection, I was proven wrong. At the fitting appointment, we found a saddle that, with the right angle and height, was already pretty good. I was able to test it for four weeks, and they ordered another model in the hope that it would be even better. And that was it! It's amazing what a difference it makes! And it's really great that you can test it for more than just five minutes and really look for a good solution! I also tried a few different clipless pedals that placed my feet closer to the pedals, and suddenly cycling was a lot more fun. And as a bonus, as a newbie, I also received great tips on my posture on the bike and felt very comfortable. Thanks for the excellent advice and a new riding experience!

My wife got customized compression Sox here. The lady from reception was really helpful and explained every detail of the product . Overall, good experience and great product.
