Super positive experience at the CUBE Store Erlangen. The Service Center team is very experienced and helped me quickly and professionally. Special thanks to the lady at the service counter who assisted me on several visits (for inspections, repairs, appointment booking, everything). She has been incredibly patient and supportive, especially with my language barrier. Excellent customer service - thank you!

I went into the Cube store today with a broken mudguard without an appointment. Oli fixed it so quickly and efficiently and only charged for parts. Such fantastic service from both Oli and Max on a busy Saturday. Thanks so much!!

A great store with good assistance , especially from Timothy who helped us and provided kind and flexible assisting with our time in the store, as well as him speaking both English and German depending on any language barriers.

Cool bikes and very skilled and helpful stuff. Pascal heped us a lot choosing our bikes and Tim from service quickly helped about my noisy breaks problem. Recommended shop!

Terrible service. My husband just had a bike accident and needed the bike repaired, and the staff asked him to come back in 3 months!!! And we just bought a new and expensive bike from them… never again. Follow-up: Thank you for the reply Cube Erlangen. Yes, totally agree, we should keep the facts straight. This was what happened. My husband had a bike accident yesterday (05.09). The accident was near our home and not in Erlangen center, so he did not have the broken bike with him. On his way to work, he dropped by the Cube shop and asked if you can repair his bike. A woman told him your shop can look at his bike in December (September to December is 3 months). Then she asked my husband to try other bike shops in Erlangen, and said “Are we the only bike shop in Erlangen?” My husband then said because we got the bike from Cube, we don’t know if other bike shops have the parts. He asked if she knows other shops can also repair the bike. The lady replied “How do I know what other bike shops have or don’t have?” The customer service was so unfriendly that at that point, my husband just gave up and left. We then called our local bike shop who immediately said sure bring it in and they can look at it.

When your husband visited us, he didn't have the bike with him so we informed him that he could bring it in anytime. We simply told him that, due to our current workload, it might take some time before the repairs could be completed. We understand that waiting for repairs can be frustrating, especially with a new and expensive bike. However, it's important to keep the facts straight. We're doing our best to serve all our customers as quickly as possible despite the high demand.<br>If you'd still like to bring the bike in for repair, we’re here to help.

Good selection of bikes, and e-bikes, leased an e-bike from here, and sadly a little confusion over the paperwork. Wasn't told what all was needed when I order the bike, was told the bike was ready to pick up today, but sadly paperwork was still needed, so now I have to wait for that. But otherwise everything was top.

Nowadays I enjoy riding in woods and by side of rivers by my new Cube bike. While I'm satisfied with the quality of my bike, I have to mention that the recommendation and guidance of this Cube store's salesman was so helpful to find what kind of bike exactly satisfies my demands and my daily use. I highly recommend you to visit the store in person and benefit from their advice on your purchase . Special thanks to Naser for great advice and quick assembly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
