Hello dear Fahrradecke Erlangen team, As described, I previously went to Cherrybikes and was turned away because of the handlebar height adjustment. Since my disability requires this, I felt discriminated against. Your shop and the people there are not like that. I was already thrilled with the carbon repair I did there, and I am again this time. Let's start with the good things; +The more senior employees are really knowledgable and friendly. + You can really get a service appointment faster than at other bikeshops + The price to get your bike fix is far (not low price but ok price) The things that are not so good (but maybe a chance to become better;-)); - Depending on who you ask in the store, you get diferent answers on when your bike will be ready from service - The final price for repair was far from the initial price mentioned when giving up the bike for service - no one answers the phone even after 10 attempts, but finaly i did receive a nice email from the owner, so all good in the end This still, in my oppinion, makes them one of the best bike stores for service in Erlangen. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the words. Nobody is perfect . Your bike is an older type and some parts like front derailleur are worn and corroded, this has effect on time needed when working there (and on performance afterwards). One thing mentioned I would like to comment.<br>You sent an e-mail to me nobody ansering the phone, i answered the mail and got a reply, somebody told something different on the phone.... so somebody must have answered the phone...<br>Anyway, thanks for your suggestions, we try to serve you best.<br>yours Eberhard Schirmer

Definitely recommend a visit. I hadn't been there in years because my bike has been in good shape, but I stopped by today with some e-scooter tire issues. The line was long (which shows how popular the business is), however it moved quickly and the service was well worth the extra wait. Very friendly, helpful and they didn't charge me anything for the 10 minutes of work they did. I plan to take my kids bikes there for a service check next week. Two thumbs up! :)

I really can't share all those negative comments. I went there because it is the only bike shop on the way to uni. The chain on my bike broke, so i had to get a new one, but i did not want to pay for the installation, so i bought a new chain for a fair price, but i did not have the right tools and a really nice guy gave me all the tools i needed right away without any extra cost. I would definetely go there again Best bike shop in Erlangen for friendliness and mechanical questions. Unfortunately i can't really say much about the new bikes or the range of bikes they got there

Bad service, unfriendly, expensive, not difficult to find something better (Update) the comments are supposed to help the customers and the (good) vendors indirectly, so yes, I believe it will be very useful.

I visited the Fahrradecke for a small problem with my bicycle. The staff were very friendly and fixed it immediately while I waited. Fantastic service.

Unprofessional and only here to rob you of you money. They said they lost the appointment and the part I had ordered was never delivered.I have to confirm that i am a returning customer and i actually even bought my bike from them. I did not cancel the appointment, if i had then i wouldn't be standing at their shop with my bicycle. There is no customer service here.

Repaired my roadbike wheel fast and cheap, great service, fast, competent, friendly, another famous bike shop in Fürth pretended that it was impossible to repair, and tried to sell me a new wheel... I will certainly come back to Fahrradecke

A good shop. A bit expensive, but people are friendly: helped me to cut my steel 8mm thick lock for free as I've lost my keys :)
