I bought a new bike two years ago. I received excellent advice at the time. I brought it in for a check-up today, for a fair price. When I picked it up, the mechanic in the background completely readjusted my bike for me, as I want to ride it a bit more sportily. Thank you so much for that!

I've been getting all my bikes serviced here for years. Exceptional professionalism meets fair prices and a friendly, personal touch. Whether it's a full-suspension mountain bike for the bike park, a lightweight road or gravel bike, or your everyday commuter bike, everything is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Every time I get back on my bike after picking it up here, it feels like I'm riding a brand-new bike.

I've been there for bike service more than 10 times. Quality is OK but be cautious: When you fetch your bike, the price is always suddenly 50-100% higher than they announce when you bring it.

Anyone who brings their bike here for repair is in luck. The guys are friendly and extremely accommodating. I had my bike repaired and soon realized that a small adjustment was needed. The bill for the adjustment had already been written, but when I asked how that could have happened, I was told: "Oh, that's on the house." That's how my lucky streak started today. Several things that hadn't been working for a long time also turned out for the best afterward. For example, Postbank online banking is working again now...😂👋

Great staff, great experience! Can highly recommend. My family and I settled into Erlangen almost 3 years ago and this was one of the first shops we've visited. Thanks to them, we've learned to love biking here in Germany. It's a small family business and the owner has a passion for having fun with bikes. And this is reflected in each staff member I've met. Ich könnte nur emphelen. Tip top Service, dass was zuverlässiger und vertrauenswürdiger ist. Fahrradkiste ist einfach das Beste!
