Very nice staff and super professional and helpful. I arrived at a little before 17:00 and the gentleman who took care of repair kindly accepted for me to wait till repair is done same day. Also very reasonable price, highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff, and very reasonable price for parts. I needed shift cable housing and they helped me measure the exact length I needed on my bike.

I was there for some service and adjustments on my CUBE bike, I first took my bike to the CUBE workshop in Erlangen and the next appointment was in November. I heard about Fahrradkiste from a friend, so I went there, the colleague was very friendly and explained all the work to be done and the cost estimate and one day later my bike was fixed and ready and I am satisfied with the quality of the materials used and the adjustments made. Thanks Fahrradkiste!

My go to for everything bicycle related - the guys are super approachable and always do their best to get you back up and running as quickly as possible . Highly recommend!

I fixed so many bikes here and i can say it’s a Great place with really nice, helpful and flexible staff which speaks very good English btw. Offers variety of bicycle tools and equipment no matter what your budget is, and most importantly; Well-timed professional repairing for all your bicycle problems. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Important to add that they also buy and sell new and used bicycles.

I find in Fahrradkiste my place to go to fix mechanical problems, the guys are very friendly and know the stuff, the prices are fair and if they are not fully overloaded with work, the service is pretty fast or you can do small repairs on your own.

Salesman refused to provide booked for about 2 weeks before service (bikes renting) and he proved to be incompetent and unpleasant few times against us (his clients) by fobbing us for few days about bikes availability.. First time we managed to properly book and rent bikes with other salesman like a month ago for a longer period of time. This is ridiculous. Did he did that on purpose? What is wrong with foreigners money a specially when the first time another salesman reserved and rented us a bikes without problems and prove to be very professional and friendly?!

Excellent customer service, particularly from the "Florida" guy. Price was very reasonable for the day, and the service is extremely useful in Erlangen because biking is the most convenient way to get to so many places. Pro tip: if you don't ride a lot, consider getting a bike with a softer seat.
