We bought our Riese & Müller Load 4 75 from Freilauf Erlangen and are completely satisfied! Even during the initial consultation, I never felt pressured to buy anything – quite the opposite: honest, competent, and friendly advice right from the start. The first service appointment today was also incredibly straightforward. Scheduling the appointment, handling the service, and fulfilling our requests – everything went smoothly. The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I was particularly impressed that I received a fair price at the time of purchase (the best in the region; we compared prices with everyone) and that the JobRad leasing process was also transparent and hassle-free. When I had questions over the phone, they were quick and helpful. I would buy a bike here again in a heartbeat – and I'm sure it won't be the last one for our family from Freilauf in Erlangen. Highly recommended! 🚲

Super friendly and competent advice. I only needed a saddle. I received one that was almost custom-made for me. I'm very happy with it; the comfort is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!

I've rarely been as satisfied with customer service as I was with the advice I received from salesman Ammar. Ammar is incredibly helpful and really takes his time. He listens attentively, addresses all your needs, and patiently and clearly explains the various options. I was particularly impressed that he doesn't just try to sell you anything, but actually recommends the exact bikes or accessories that suit your individual requirements. Top-notch expertise, very pleasant to deal with – you couldn't ask for better! Highly recommended! 🚲✨

Great store with average prices and a nice selection of bikes, that really stands out for its super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really make all the efforts to fulfill customers' needs and adjust the bike to your liking. I bought my bike there with Felix, who helped me making a decision and explained everything that I needed to know (in English). Happy to have found the store, it's worth to me even living in another town.

The most service minded bike shop i have experienced anyware in the world. Friendly, competent and flexible. Even if one could save a few cent from buying online, the support you receive afterwards is worth it all!

Great bike staff. I had a special application for a bike. They found a part for me in stock and they service department helped me fit it.

The staff in the shop and the workshop are very nice and respectful. The prices are not cheap but not too expensive. I repaired my bike and bought something for it here. The repair costs are normal. Certainly, I will go there in future.
