The selection is quite limited, and the staff tend to avoid you rather than offer advice; when you do approach them, they're unfriendly. I'd rather order online…

If I could give zero stars, I would. One employee was seemingly drunk and had bad breath, another was completely unmotivated, and one was unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful. You should definitely avoid this branch if you expect professionalism.

The selection is okay, but I'm deducting two stars for the very brief and unfriendly service (from the store manager!?). I still bought two items, though, where I was sure I couldn't go wrong!

The selection was okay. Unfortunately, the advice wasn't very helpful, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. An older gentleman (possibly the branch manager) also seemed very annoyed by this employee and made it clear. In my opinion, this is not a professional demeanor in front of a customer.

The store is actually good, and I'd like to go in. It's well-stocked and nicely designed. However, I've often witnessed an older gentleman with gray hair (I assume he's the store manager?!) treating the staff in a really inappropriate manner. There are arguments and very loud debates taking place on the sales floor. It's unpleasant.

After Intersport Eisert closed, there's finally a new Intersport store. Very good, great selection. It's just a bit of a shame that it's inside the Arcaden shopping center and not outside.

A pleasant, newly opened sports shop in the Erlangen Arcades. The selection, as far as I can tell, is very large, especially for outdoor activities (running, hiking, winter sports, etc.), and this is clearly the main focus.
