Thank you to the very helpful staff. Our little daughter vomited, and we were immediately provided with wipes, drinks, and even a jacket. Thank you so much for the friendly and prompt assistance.

Damn... The shoes were available for purchase directly in the store. When I asked the employee to hand them over to me, he took forever until I finally left without being able to buy them. 0 stars

I regularly buy shoes there. Today I wanted to exchange a pair. No chance! Even though the box was numbered by the salesperson. I strongly advise against going there if you want to exchange an Esteban shoe. On top of that, the young saleswoman was completely unfriendly. What a shame, but never again.

I was given different shoes while I was paying… and currently it's impossible to reach anyone at JD Sports, neither in the store nor at JD Sports directly. Unfortunately, I live 120 km away, and it's simply sad that in the digital age you can't reach anyone by phone or email who can help you. NEVER AGAIN

Leon greeted us as soon as we walked in. He saw both my sons were wearing Yeezy's and let us know that they had some new ones online. He took the time to show my sons the shoes and was very knowledgeable. We ended up buying 2 pairs and while my husband was paying, Leon took the time to show my sons all of the cleaning products and how to use them. We ended up buying all of them. His customer service was excellent! Thank you Leon for all of your help! My sons are very happy!

Good variety of things. Staff was strange, somehow like they don't care about customers. Getting in front of you like they can't see you. The cashier even trew the bag in front of me after i paid and felt like "here, bye" . Don't know if this was bc i was just a foreigner (don't speak german)who needed something nice from JD. But i don't want to blame on such things. Peace!
