1. A super friendly and competent team. They take their time with every consultation and tailor it to each individual as much as possible. They work closely with the customer and understand their needs and wishes. 2. Excellent accessibility I always reached them by phone on the first try! They were also always available by email. I was kept informed about the status of my order without having to constantly follow up. 3. Huge selection No matter what kind of feet you have, you'll find what you're looking for here with the help of the sales consultants! Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned runner, you'll be spoiled for choice. Keep up the great work. You guys are fantastic! :)

Awesome , shop. Great customer support. When purchasing a sea to Sea to Summit sleeping matrice the size turned out to small. Contacted them by email got a fast response and the item was replaced for the bigger version with no issues. Great personal.

The customer service was awesome from the time I walked in until I walked out. The soles of my feet were examined to determine the proper support needed and other observations. I was given several pairs of shoes to try on and choose from, I ended up selecting 2 pairs for running. I also purchased a pair of wandering shoes that I had been searching for but never quite found anywhere else. The prices were very reasonable. This is now my "go-to" shop for all my footwear needs.

Been to the shop twice to check out hiking/trail shoes. Helped by 2 different staff and they both speak sufficient English. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shop itself is very spacious and with large variety of products. Will definitely go back whenever I need running or hiking equipment!

Got a perfect pair of shoes with no discomfort which is rare for me. The employee was very skilled and friendly and made me feel perfectly comfortable through the process. Definitely recommend going and having an employee help find the right shoe for you.

I bought a hiking backpack recently and it was the best experience ever. The staff was very supportive and could easily understand my needs based on my built. We ended up buying other things as well. I would visit again. After the closure of Intersport which we used to visit for most of our needs this is what was required in Erlangen.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that also speaks English. I took my time to try out many shoes and the staff was very supportive. Prices were close to the manufacturer pricing. The shop is at the top floor at Arcaden right next to the Jack Wolfskin shop.
