Miserable service. Three times I found myself standing in front of a closed shop door, even during opening hours. There wasn't even a sign to indicate this. When I rang the bell of the shopkeeper, who lives on the first floor, a resident confirmed his presence. It all seems extremely dubious to me. While repairing my bike, the owner, who sometimes likes to rant about foreigners, suddenly forgot the agreed price. He'd be better off retired than obnoxiously trying to prove he's still capable of running a shop. Even one star is too many here!

Not recommended. He never properly repaired my bikes; he just raked in the money. I thought that buying a bike from a shop would mean better repairs and lower repair costs, but no. He always demands money. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to that shop. With my bike. I went to the shop with a new bike, and the tire only needed air. He said the bike wasn't good quality. He replaced the wheel even though it was still good: €50. He replaced the brakes: €50, and only one brake is broken. He replaced the bearings: €30. The same wheel he replaced broke down again, another €50, and a week later the bike was broken again. I bought a bike from his shop so I wouldn't have to pay so much, but it wasn't worth it.

The shop is a bit dated and the selection is limited. But I still like going there because the owner is friendly and the kids like him since there's always chocolate. If the price is too high, you can usually haggle. As a resident of Feldkirchen, it's important to buy local so the money stays in town :)

Oh, I spoke with the boss. They should just adjust the gears. He was super nice on the phone, but in the shop he was ranting like a sailor. Why do people buy children's bikes with gears? For a lot of money! But they have overpriced steel tube bikes in the window themselves. You have to move with the times. And if you don't want to anymore, you should quit running a business. Sorry.

I drove there on Thursday, August 6th, 2020 at 3 pm because my rim was broken. Mr. Rohrer said he only orders parts until Thursday noon and that I should come first thing the following Thursday morning so the rim could be ordered and repaired promptly. As agreed, I arrived on Thursday, August 13th, 2020 at 10:30 am, but found the doors locked. A sign on the shop door read "Closed for vacation until August 19th, 2020." Now I understand why this bike shop has the worst rating of all the bike shops in the area. Unbelievable!

Absolutely awful. I wanted a tire changed and said exactly that when I dropped off my bike. When I asked how much it would cost, he said, "It's nothing to talk about." When I went to pick up my bike, it was completely wet and covered in a greasy substance. Apparently, it was frame cleaner. The man quickly wiped it off. He then wanted me to pay €40 for the tire change (without a valve), brake adjustment, and polishing. I hadn't ordered two of the three services he performed. He let me talk him down to €30 and then even complained about my card payment. €30 for a tire change is outrageous. On my way home, I collided with a dog because my rear brake was practically useless. Mr. Rohrer didn't mention this at all. Overall, I'm completely dissatisfied and very annoyed that I entrusted my bike to Fahrrad Rohrer. I wouldn't recommend them!

I've been a customer for a long time. Repairs, tire changes, used and new bike purchases. Always satisfied. Competent and friendly. I'll stay here.

I've been a customer of this business for a few years. So far, the service has always been fair, verbally agreed prices have been honored, and appointments have been kept. I've always been satisfied with Mr. Rohrer's advice.

I went there for bicycle repairs. It took four attempts to get the bike ready, despite having a week to do it. Opening hours are not adhered to. They give a rather unreliable impression.
