Incredibly unfriendly! I wanted to bring my bike in for repair and was treated very badly by the owner. It didn't seem like he wanted to offer me any service at all, more like I was a burden and he thought I was doing something wrong. Never again!

Nice owner, nice bikes, spare parts, repairs, and advice included. Limited parking is available at the market square, but if you're on a bike, you're better off at a bike shop anyway ;)

unfortunately it was not good advice and the prices were raised significantly by Corona. Even repairs that are actually part of the service cost a lot of money.

Not at all satisfied! The bike repair was scheduled by phone the day before, and they also mentioned that it had been self-assembled due to the pandemic. I was allowed to come the next day for a look, but then they suddenly said they don't accept self-assembled bikes, presumably for insurance reasons... If they had mentioned that beforehand, I could have saved myself a stormy, snowy ride and a lot of stress. Very disappointed, I found something better.

You have to search for a long time to find such a competent workshop. I've been helped immediately several times, even though the technician was overwhelmed with work. The advice is tailored to the individual customer and not to sales. Regarding other negative reviews on this portal, I wonder if these people have ever set foot in the shop. I only know the staff as friendly, competent, and courteous. Keep it up, there aren't many of you left!

Excellent workshop; they really know their craft and offer fair prices. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent advice. We needed quick, professional assistance. Within four hours, our bikes were back in perfect working order, and at a fair price – you couldn't ask for better customer service. Many thanks to both the owner and the amusingly grumpy but friendly employee :-). Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back.

The most unfriendly customer service I've experienced in a long time! When I asked for an explanation as to why a chain lock wasn't working (as the employee had previously stated), they simply said they had neither the time nor the inclination to discuss it. Logical consequence: if they can't even spare a minute to give me competent advice, then I won't be their customer. I just wanted to support local businesses instead of buying from Amazon again...

I've never experienced anything so UNFRIENDLY in my entire life!!! I was looking for a water bottle cage for my women's bike. Upon entering the store, I wasn't even greeted, and the advice on the part presented to me was practically nonexistent. I felt like the manager was internally making fun of me because I didn't know exactly how to attach the mount to my bike. When I asked if he could install it right away (a matter of three minutes), he agreed rather reluctantly. I felt more like a burden than a welcome customer. In retrospect, I think I should have just handed the bottle cage back to him and said, "If you're so unfriendly and don't want to sell me anything, I'll just go somewhere else." This is the first review I've ever left about anything online. I'm so angry that this one just has to be written. What goes around comes around. Therefore: I absolutely do not recommend this store!!!! If you don't like people who ask questions, you shouldn't run a store. Or at least, you should provide such good service that the customer simply doesn't have to ask any more questions because they've been fully informed. But that's not the case here. Best to go somewhere else, folks! I'd actually prefer not to give a star at all for such a horrific experience, but Google says you have to give at least one...

I had the rare experience of a frame breakage on a bicycle I bought from Fahr Rad a few years ago, and the shop owner provided excellent assistance to me in dealing with the manufacturer. This is the highlight of my positive experiences over the more than ten years I've been receiving help and advice from this shop. I cycle to work every day and therefore have plenty of opportunities to gain experience. Above all, they have an extremely skilled and experienced bicycle mechanic who doesn't place much importance on superficial manners. :-) Top marks!

We bought our two children's bikes here. Excellent advice. Everything was adjusted to my children's sizes. The bikes were ready as agreed. And if something is ever broken, it's repaired very quickly. We'll definitely buy our next bike here again!
