Great service! I've been to Michi a few times with special/unusual bikes that the retailer had problems with. Michael solved the problems. He listens to and examines the problem and finds the simplest solution. No frills, good advice, and fair prices. Keep it up. I highly recommend him.

After being unable to find a bike repair shop in all of Forchheim, this one was recommended to me and I'm very satisfied. I dropped my bike off on Tuesday and picked it up again on Thursday. Clean work, fair price. Complete customer service. Thank you so much! 😃

The complete refurbishment of our daughter's bicycle went wonderfully. Excellent service at a very fair price! The bicycle was even finished faster than agreed.

Very nice owner, uncomplicated, and friendly! After a passerby accidentally knocked over my bike while shopping, the bearing seemed to be banging and rattling... He took me for a test ride and reassured me that there was no damage to the crank. The owner gave me the tip to take better care of my bike instead of, in my case, spending money on an unnecessary repair 😀 ...said and done: I cleaned it and oiled the chain well, and the rattling and clattering was gone. Haha, I could have figured that out myself, but I didn't. The de-icing salt had completely dried out the chain over the winter, and corrosion/rust had spread. Now everything runs like new again. I'll definitely go back if anything happens!

Excellent. The advice here is superb, and the repairs have always been carried out to my complete satisfaction. They really know their craft. I've been there several times and will continue to go there in the future. And as far as I know, you can now also take your e-bike with a Bosch motor there. The best bicycle repair service around. Highly recommended.
