I'm very disappointed with this repair shop. I brought my old bike in because I wanted to have the pedals removed from the crank. The boss said it wasn't possible and I'd have to buy a new crank – according to him, the cost was €15, including installation. When I asked, he confirmed again that the installation was included in the price. The replacement part, however, only arrived after two weeks, even though I was told it would take a week. When I asked, he gave the excuse that he was alone and couldn't keep up. And then the surprise: The installation was suddenly charged extra – €21 for less than 20 minutes of work. That's almost twice as expensive as the actual part – contrary to the original agreement. What struck me as particularly negative: - The boss was unfriendly and rude. - Agreements weren't kept. - The price-performance ratio is questionable to the point of being outrageous. Other reviews also seem to confirm my experience. The organization seems chaotic, statements are unreliable, and as a customer, you feel like you're not being taken seriously. This will definitely be my last visit to this workshop.

Dear Mr. Guerbaz, your review is highly questionable and audacious!<br><br>- You were present when I ordered the crankset, worth €15, from the supplier for you.<br><br>- You even signed the order form yourself for a crankset costing €15.<br><br>- The item wasn't immediately available from the supplier (within 3-5 days), but you were aware of this when placing the order.<br><br>- We agreed that I would call you when the part arrived.<br><br>- Installation of the crankset was also agreed upon! Since you couldn't replace the crankset yourself and it was completely rusted through on the crank axle (normal for a 40-year-old bike), it's obvious that this service cost you money!<br><br>- I only needed 18 minutes (3 work units of 6 minutes each) to remove the very rusted old crankset from the crank axle! I charged you €21 for this service, based on 3 units of work at €7 each (10 units = 1 hour = €70).<br><br>And yes, I get angry if someone doesn't acknowledge my work and refuses to pay!<br><br>...and especially if they threaten a Google review!

I stopped by spontaneously during my cycling trip because my bike needed some repairs. Thankfully, I received immediate help and was even able to pick up a few tips for the rest of my journey. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced repairs. Thanks again!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the owner doesn't honor his verbal agreements, even though we bought the bike at this store. At the time of purchase, the owner repeatedly assured us that the first inspection would be free. After the inspection was carried out, the owner reneged on his agreement, and we had to pay €99 (!) just for the supposedly free inspection. This is outrageous and extremely damaging to the business.

Dear Jasmin, you bought this bicycle four years ago. The first service was due after six months or 500 km. For four years, you didn't think it was important to bring it in for servicing. Why didn't you come three and a half years ago? Your claim that I'm not honoring my promise to perform the "first" service free of charge is, unfortunately, rather untenable after four years and many kilometers, isn't it? Furthermore, we found nothing in our records or on the purchase contract in your customer file to support your claim (that you were receiving a free service). We specifically checked this when you came in for your bike repair at the end of October. And finally, please excuse me, but I was ill and not there when you picked up your bike from the repair. So what could I have possibly claimed if you couldn't even speak to me? Thank you for your visit, and I hope your bicycle is now riding and braking perfectly again! Regards, Uli from Trail-On. I was having problems with my gears. The chain kept jumping over a tooth, making it almost impossible to ride without exerting any effort. After a thorough and very helpful consultation, I entrusted my bike to the workshop. I'd never been there before. Today I picked up the bike, and it rides like new with two rear sprockets replaced. The consultation gave me the idea of having a larger chainring installed at the front. Now I'm not just riding in 11th gear, but varying the gear ratio between a few sprockets. It's been brilliant for me. If anything happens again, I'll be happy to come back 👍🏻

I've taken it for its first few rides – it's exactly the right bike for me. Thanks for the excellent advice, the superb service, and for adjusting the bike to my needs. Very good value for money. I'd buy from them again anytime :)

My wife was very helpful on her bike trip. Her flat tire was changed quickly and without a long wait. Everything was explained and agreed upon beforehand. Both the owner and the staff were very friendly and competent. The prices are absolutely reasonable; you really get your money's worth. It's a shame it's so far away; otherwise, it would be our regular shop.

My lifesaver! I underestimated how a Dutch bike and the hilly terrain of Franconian Switzerland could finish off my roller brakes. I happened to be passing by here on our tour with no working brakes and no tools, and everything was repaired superbly and professionally. Thank you so much!
