I bought an e-bike from Fritz and Lenz today! Everything's great! After a long search, I went to them and they knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. And what can I say? Excellent! The top address for mountain bikes, e-bikes, and road bikes in Freising. Friendly, competent, and affordable service. Now, thanks to a birthday present, I've also been reborn as an e-biker and I'm thrilled. A Stevens Antelao with a smartphone hub. A fantastic bike, and as an added bonus, you can navigate, listen to music, and even make calls using an app. Everything is controlled via the handlebar menu, so you don't have to take your eyes off the road. Simply brilliant!

My family currently has 7 bikes from BikeFritz in use! The childcare service, with the option to change bikes as they grow, is fantastic! Superb service, repairs are always quick and top-notch – I'm just saying, adjusting the Ultegra gears! I absolutely cannot understand the appointment problems or refusals (as mentioned in previous posts). Small parts like inner tubes, tires, brake pads, and chains are always in stock and professionally replaced immediately when needed, not just because they need to clear out the warehouse. The company bike handover process, from application and order to delivery, takes only 3 business days – try beating that!
