Very poor service. We wanted to buy a bicycle helmet and also get some advice about a bicycle. Unfortunately, no one felt responsible and we were completely ignored. This is how you lose potential customers.

Hello Alexander,<br><br>We're sorry you felt ignored. To put things in perspective: Weekends are often very busy, and several consultations are running simultaneously. We have a limited number of staff, so there can be waiting times. However, what should always happen is a brief greeting and an indication that someone will be with you shortly. If this didn't happen in your case, that's not good.<br><br>Often, the quickest solution is to briefly let someone know at the reception desk or actively approach someone – then we can schedule you directly and take over your consultation as soon as someone is available.

I bought two e-bikes from Multicycle – a Cube Stereo One 22 for myself and a Cube Kathmandu for my wife – and I'm more than satisfied. From our very first conversation, Mr. Jürgen Mang took a lot of time, was extremely patient, and listened carefully to our needs. What was particularly positive was that he gave us by far the best offer while remaining fair and transparent throughout. His advice was top-notch, friendly, and absolutely customer-oriented, without any sales pressure whatsoever. The entire process was also surprisingly quick and straightforward – significantly better and more efficient than I've experienced with larger retailers. We felt we were in excellent hands at all times because Mr. Mang worked with great warmth, dedication, and expertise. This is how buying a bike should be! I can therefore wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Multicycle and Mr. Mang.

A very friendly and helpful team. I had purchased my bike at another store, but it needed a minor adjustment. I was given an appointment spontaneously, the very day I called. Thank you for the immediate and trouble-free support. While I was waiting, I witnessed a customer on the phone being cheerfully informed that a particular bike was currently unavailable at this store and that they would first have to check whether and how it could be delivered. Although the customer was obviously extremely slow on the phone despite repeated and very understandable explanations, the specialist advisor remained matter-of-fact and friendly.

I really tried today to buy a bike through Jobrad for self-employed people at this shop. It was impossible to get a quote; they gave me some very strange and inaccurate reasons why it wasn't possible. After a long back-and-forth, I finally gave up. I can spend the €5700 somewhere else. I called another dealer, and they said sending a quote was no problem. They'll just get the money. What am I supposed to review here? That I can't buy a bike there through normal channels, that they keep customers waiting because of supposedly important work? That you have to order a bike before you can get a quote for the leasing company? It seems Multicycle is doing well, even if some interested customers (like me) end up buying from a place that actually caters to their customers...

This isn't due to a lack of service, but rather to our process: We generally only create leasing offers once the desired bike is available and we can guarantee that it can actually be delivered.<br><br>This prevents customers from receiving an offer for a product that isn't actually available or the price is subject to change. In this case, the order is always non-binding and can be canceled at any time – it only serves to secure your desired model until it arrives with us.<br><br>We understand that this may seem inflexible at first glance, but we would like to emphasize: This process is designed to protect our customers and has proven effective in practice.

Super friendly shop with a large selection of bikes and related gear. Contacted them by email to see if I could get a bike box to ship my bike back on the plane after a bike tour. They held a box for me and even gave me an extra insert to hold my front wheel. Everyone in the shop was super nice even with my lack of German skills.

Shopping for bikes has never been more fun! Every single member of staff at Multicycle is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The selection of bikes and accessories is extremely extensive and for every need Parking is easy and there is a safe space to try out your bike. A very positive experience.. to be recommended.

I have bought one gravel bike and one e-bike in this shop. Staffs here are very nice and good at understanding customer’s need. Max & Jana have helped me to identify our needs and given us valuable suggestions. They are very kind and would like to consider from customer’s perspective and try to meet customer’s requests. Jana is a beautiful girl with sweet smile. I encountered a problem which ever made her in difficult situation. But she still tried her best to resolve it. Excellent service! I strongly recommend this bike shop. Wonderful shopping experience, not to mention the famous Cube bike. Moreover, many staffs here can speak English. This is really helpful for customers who can’t speak German!
