I bought a soccer ball 10 days ago, and I've already received some good advice here. Due to the heat, the ball burst in the car. I complained that the ball shouldn't burst anyway (quality). I immediately received a new ball, but unfortunately, the same ball was no longer available. The difference in price was refunded. Very good service.

The gentleman in the sports shoe section was incredibly friendly and helpful, but I would strongly advise against visiting the clothing section upstairs. You're immediately asked politely if you need assistance, but if you politely decline, this isn't accepted. When I pointed out that I really wanted to shop alone, the response was, "We have to keep an eye on things" (as if they were implying I wouldn't steal anything?). They simply wouldn't leave you alone. I actually needed quite a lot of clothes, but I fled the store as quickly as possible—it was extremely unpleasant!

The team went above and beyond to get our exercise bike repaired by the manufacturer. Fantastic service, and a huge thank you! It's reassuring to know that customer service doesn't end at the checkout, but is always reliable. Highly recommended.

Anyone who doesn't need assistance should be prepared to be followed until they take an item to the checkout. A salesperson will initial the label so they still receive their commission. This employer-like mentality bothers me somewhat, which is why I'm reluctant to visit the store. But the selection is quite good.

Top place to be. I've been buying my Salomon shoes there for years, as well as all sorts of things for my bike courier work, travel, hiking, and other activities. It's a shame they don't have the ultra-light cutlery anymore. The service is always friendly and customer-oriented, even if it takes a little longer sometimes 🤣 Thanks for the patience every time 👍 Even after six years, I'll remain a loyal customer because the personal service keeps bringing me back. And with the loyalty card, every purchase really makes a difference...
