Thank you! On a long bike tour, Mr. Wittmann helped us immediately with a gear shifting problem. We really appreciate that he dropped everything to ensure we could continue our journey without any problems. As a cyclist on a longer trip, you rely on this kind of service and are grateful when you encounter it – especially since minor repairs like the one we needed aren't particularly profitable and only slow down the business. A traditional shop with a very good reputation. Very good advice on city e-bikes. Brands: Simplon, KTM, and others. Very good repair service with high prices. If you're interested in buying, men should probably go to the store. Women tend to receive superficial advice and aren't always taken seriously. I can't recommend this shop for spare parts or for those interested in buying something other than e-bikes.

Hello, first of all, thank you for your review, which I can only partially understand.<br><br>On the one hand, everyone is treated equally courteously here, and on the other hand, I focused the shop on e-bikes some time ago, so naturally I can only offer a more basic consultation to customers with non-e-bikes. Extremely friendly, competent, and fast. From the initial consultation to the installation of accessories on a child's bicycle, it couldn't be better. It's well worth the drive, even if it's a bit longer. Highly recommended for everything related to cycling!

A fantastic bike shop. Excellent personal advice and perfect service. I've bought several bikes there and am still completely satisfied. I highly recommend it. If you're planning to buy a bike, I would definitely go there – it's worth it!

They also provide quick and uncomplicated help with minor bicycle problems. Good service. Most of the bicycles in their range are high-quality and therefore in the higher price range.

In my opinion, this is a very good shop. Prices are negotiable (they even mention it right from the start), and the service is excellent. They sometimes have older bikes that are still in good condition and available at a good price. While it might not be as big as some other shops, the service there is very good.
