I called because I wanted to buy ice skates and needed some information beforehand. Unfortunately, the call was extremely disappointing. The employee was very curt, and I had to coax every piece of information out of him. Only after asking several times did he even tell me which model was available. When I then tried to ask about the color, I was interrupted mid-sentence—and the call was simply hung up. I've truly never experienced anything like it. Especially since I consciously try to buy from local retailers, this kind of treatment really bothers me. Friendliness and a little bit of service cost nothing—but they make all the difference. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

This store is a disaster. The employees spy on you. Even after I told the woman upstairs for the third time that I just wanted to browse, she waddled after me relentlessly and waited right outside the slightly see-through fitting room while I tried something on. Totally creepy. It didn't feel like my privacy was being respected at all. Downstairs, I was thinking about buying a pair of sports glasses. After briefly leaving the store for an important phone call and standing within sight of the window, I was verbally abused and accused of stealing a pair of glasses when I re-entered! Naturally, I left all the glasses in their place in the store while I was on the phone. You can't possibly feel comfortable in a store that assumes its customers intend to steal from you. I wasn't taken seriously as a customer at all; they just yelled at me. I was treated like a complete idiot. When I confronted them directly, they just told me to calm down. They've clearly never heard of respect, decency, or consideration for one another! The clothing is relatively expensive for its mediocre quality and sometimes limited selection. Unfortunately, there's not much competition in Freising when it comes to sports shops. So you have to order online, which is what the staff in the store recommend anyway...

Statements like "Just go online" should be avoided by small retailers. We like to support local businesses and prefer to avoid online shopping. Unfortunately, the service is terrible (especially from one employee who's been sitting on the ground floor there for years). He's unfriendly and you can really tell he doesn't want to work. It's a real shame, because I've always found the owner to be very helpful.

Parking right outside. Very pleasant shopping atmosphere. Very friendly, customer-oriented, and competent service. All modern tools available: payment options, customer loyalty program, etc. Top-quality goods, excellent value for money. My family and I got everything we needed in no time. I was looking for indoor soccer shoes (size 46) and came across this sports shop while driving by. I'd describe the shop as medium to large. For a "traditional" sports shop, I found the product availability to be good. The service (which was partly provided simultaneously with another customer) was competent, polite, and not pushy (as is unfortunately often the case in retail these days). After finding the perfect pair and going to the checkout, I asked if there was any room for negotiation on the price, as it was one of the last pairs available. The employee then pointed me to the "Sports Freising" app, which I downloaded and received a 20% discount on my shoes. Everything worked perfectly and without any hassle. In the end, I got a great pair of shoes at an unbeatable price with excellent advice. I'll definitely be back and will highly recommend this shop.
