The advice I received when buying my trekking bike was comprehensive and expert. Daniel took plenty of time to understand my needs and find the perfect bike. I was immediately impressed and am very happy with my purchase. After two months, the bike was readjusted and the stem was replaced free of charge. Now it's a perfect fit. Excellent service; I highly recommend AmperRad.

My e-bike account for the Bosch motor was blocked, and unfortunately, the motor could only be reactivated through a specialist dealer. The Amper Rad team provided excellent service. It was incredibly fast. Fair prices and, something that should go without saying, they didn't charge customers for unwanted repairs, unlike some competitors. 😉 Thanks again!

Many thanks for the quick and uncomplicated emergency repair on my Venge. I was on a longer tour towards Erding and discovered before reaching Fürstenfeldbruck that my crank was loose. I received immediate assistance, even though my bike is from a different manufacturer and I'm not (yet) a customer there. The team was very friendly, helpful, and competent. While I enjoyed a coffee across the street, my bike was repaired within 20 minutes, and I was able to continue my tour. Absolutely fantastic! It couldn't have been better.

All questions and requests were answered and fulfilled perfectly, resulting in a suitable bicycle being found. The bicycle is primarily used with a trailer. When we encountered a problem with attaching the trailer, a solution was quickly and efficiently found. Thank you so much for bringing back the joy of cycling.
