We just found the door locked! Google says it's open until 3:00 PM! Google doesn't mention phone registration like the website says. Pretty annoying when you have to drive an extra 30 minutes to get there!

I've always been very satisfied with the sharpening service. Before the new sharpening, I only occasionally slipped outwards. Now, with the new sharpening, I'm constantly slipping outwards. UPDATE: The sharpening was corrected free of charge and is even better than I've ever had it before.

A few years ago, I bought my ice skates here. I was extremely satisfied with the advice and service. The staff were always friendly, and the sharpening was always exceptional – I've never had a better sharpening. Unfortunately, all of that is now a thing of the past: The last time I had them sharpened, they asked if we played ice hockey. Since we "only" do ice freestyle and therefore don't handle sticks and pucks, we correctly answered no. At the same time, I had a bad feeling, which has now been confirmed: The edge on the blades wasn't up to the expected quality (to put it mildly). The "sharpness" was so extremely bad that I would have preferred to have my skates in their original state before sharpening at the ice rink today. I don't even know exactly what a "7" sharpening is – at least there were two two-digit numbers on the skates... UPDATE: After a free touch-up, the sharpening is now incredibly good! Better than the 95/75, which really motivated me on the ice last time! Thank you for the service, it's simply amazing to get a satisfactory finish again!

Compared to the other location in downtown Fürstenfeldbruck, they have very few items. We were there recently, and they don't even have half of what they used to. They have more products online than in stores, and the location is more difficult to access.

Canadian professional sharpening for our ice skates - thanks to B-Andi and M-Troy, they know what they're doing. Ask Troy about the fBV aka flat bottom V. - have fun!

Excellent professional advice (Troy), that's what really counts, oh yeah, the espresso tastes great and there's plenty of parking in front of the shop. Full marks, actually it deserves six stars.

Highly recommended! You can buy ice skates there, have them sharpened, have them oven-shaped to fit their width, and get advice from professionals. Huge selection of ice hockey equipment!

As a customer, I received exceptionally courteous service there. I was really impressed. Excellent advice, lots of helpful tips, and I even got a free little shooting practice session on the small hockey practice area in the store. I think that's customer service as it should be!
