We took our bikes to 2RadFabrik in Fürth for maintenance and repairs. When we dropped them off, they went through each step of the process with me. I was even informed that the spare parts hadn't arrived yet. Every step was explained and transparent. I'm absolutely thrilled, and we'll definitely be getting our new bikes here. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to put money in the coffee fund. I'll make up for it with two donations at our next appointment. Thank you so much for the uncomplicated and excellent service.

We wanted to have the "workshop" symbol removed from our Rock Machine e-bike after a complete service was done in mid-July for over €200. We were told to just drop by and it would be taken care of; they had simply forgotten to reset the service indicator. However, when we briefly stopped by on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, we were greeted very rudely and told we would have to get another service done on the bike. We hadn't even ridden 400 km in that time. We feel this behavior is a huge rip-off, since an e-bike needs servicing more often than a car. Simply ridiculous! We will never visit this shop again or recommend them to anyone.

According to the manufacturer's recommendation, another service should be performed after this mileage.<br><br>Please understand that we are not allowed to simply delete the workshop symbol on the display without performing the appropriate service.<br><br>The fact is that your bike needed another service at that time – we merely pointed this out, nothing more.<br><br>I don't recall us being unfriendly, and we're sorry if that's how you felt.<br><br>It's a shame that you got that impression of us. Bought a lovely bike from these guys....I was thoroughly impressed by their service and their commitment to give the best advice to their customers! The staff and salespeople were very friendly and helpful, the explanations were very detailed, and you could even take a test ride. I'll be buying my new bike there.😊😊😁😁😍😍🤩🤩 ។ I'd love to give it 8 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And lines 178 and 179 stop directly, which is convenient.

Small shop, big on service! I visited 2RadFabrik for the first time today – and honestly: this small, rather unassuming shop really impresses you once you step inside. The service was top-notch: super relaxed, honest, zero sales pressure, and they took their time. You can just tell that the people who work here know their stuff and are passionate about bikes. The selection of bikes is really good, especially in the affordable range – you can find something without spending a fortune! Even though I didn't buy anything (yet), it was clear: I'll be back. My next bike will almost certainly be from here. 5 stars absolutely deserved – for the service alone!

I went there for the first time today to pick up my husband's newly ordered bicycle. The shop is superbly equipped and offers a wide selection, and the service is more than just excellent – incredibly friendly, personalized, and highly competent. So much so that I also picked up my bike there. I can highly recommend it. You'll feel right at home and you can't go wrong!

The shop is amazing, they have really nice bikes. We found this shop after a long bike search journey, Luis explained everything and supported us so much, he even helped us to place the bike to the car. He is clearly someone who loves his job and passionate about bikes! Nice bikes, amazing communication. Highly recommended. We will always go here!
