A great place to try out different bikes. And a great place to buy bike clothes ans accessories. They have redone the driveway.

Very much disappointed with the service. Firstly I was asked to wait for 30 days to get the bicycle and then on the day I wanted to take the bicycle, even for a small fittings they charged a lot. Even with all these, the air in the front tyre is not fixed properly and they delivered a bicycle in which front tyre air is being leaked from the inlet valve. It’s not even a week since I got this and facing this issue, now I need to get this fixed in local shop as the shop is 15km away from me. Please check everything before you deliver a new bicycle to one don’t deliver something with problems and don’t loose the trust.

Our bicycle workshop, which assembles new bicycles, is currently operating at its capacity limit due to the extremely high volume of customers caused by the coronavirus crisis. Please be assured that our workshop staff are working at full capacity. We ask for your understanding during this exceptional situation. We are sorry that we apparently delivered your bicycle with a defective valve. If the air is only escaping slowly, it's easy to overlook. Best bike shop ever! There are so many bikes to choose from and you can try them out in the shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can even have them attach a basket on your bike. We were told the bike would be ready in 2 weeks but then we were called the next day and told that it was ready for pick up.

I recommend Stadler for new Bicycle buyer. There are more options to try with different brands, models and sizes. We tried different models and in each model different sizes, we felt comfort difference with each inch of frame size and tyre size. It is really helpful to have all models to try and check. I hope will get good service to my bike in future.

Extremely poor customer service. I bought an e-roller and had continuous troubles that they were unable to solve after months in the workshop. The shop manager is “hiding” from customers, instructing employees not to give appointments with him or indicate when he is onsite. Also letters via post are not answered. Honestly I wouldn't rate this place too low. Sure, it's a big shop with relatively little service but that's expected from this kind of place. What's good, one can see loads of bicycles without too attentive staff eager to advise you. I was also asking there for stuff like power meters etc. and clearly it's not good place for such service. I consider this place a mid-range display shop with some bargains to get every now and then.
