I wanted to get my e-bike repaired. A simple chain replacement. Okay, I was told it would take three days and they'd get back to me. After a week, I called again. Sorry, I was sick, but it would be ready in two days. Another week later, I called again. Sorry, I was sick for much longer, and it would be ready in three days. After four weeks, there was no response. I called, but no one answered. After five weeks, yes, it was ready. My daughter picked it up, paid €20, and because of the small amount, I realized that absolutely nothing had been done. The €20 was apparently just for parking. Never again!

I can't comment on the maintenance service. However, the customer service is abysmal: I scheduled two on-site appointments, and both times I was stood up without explanation. The second time, we had even spoken on the phone the day before.

Hello, the conversion two years ago was completed professionally and quickly. After the first minor complaint (after two years), the professionals showed up – the problem was analyzed immediately - the replacement part was installed The e-bike was immediately ready to ride after a short time, and all under the warranty – and that's simply fantastic in this day and age 😉👍🚵 I wish the guys continued good business and much success 🍀

Late, but here it is: I had my mountain bike converted into an e-bike in the summer of '24. I can only say that here the customer truly is king! From the initial consultation to the finished bike, everything was top-notch. I can wholeheartedly recommend e-bikefactry. Thanks again for the fantastic conversion! Th. Goßler

I had my Cube bike modified in June and have been very happy with it ever since. The service and advice here are informative and thorough. Truly excellent! I was shown a range of options to help me choose the best battery for my needs. Now, in daily use, the decision has proven to be absolutely right.

From the initial online appointment booking, everything went perfectly and promptly. The advice on which motor and battery to choose was top-notch! The conversion to an e-bike was then truly professional, no shoddy work whatsoever. Despite the heavy workload, his friendliness and excellent service were never compromised. Simply fantastic, I can wholeheartedly recommend him. I'll be taking my second bike to him as well!!!****

A top address for sustainability in our throwaway society and the superb quality of our converted Cube cross bike! Eric is very knowledgeable, and together we selected the perfect conversion kit for us. Within a week, we received advice, dropped off our bike, ordered parts, had it converted, and picked it up. Today we set off on our first tour in Franconian Switzerland and are extremely satisfied! We're already considering having our second bike converted to electric drive... We will definitely recommend the E-Bikefactory with a clear conscience!

I'd been looking for a solution for my still perfectly functional bicycle for a long time. The desire for an e-bike had also been brewing for ages. Then came the breakthrough. I saw the e-bikefactory segment on TV and suddenly everything clicked. After a quick email from me and a pleasant conversation with e-bikefactory, the whole thing was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I can only recommend them. FANTASTIC!!!

The consultation, conversion, and instruction were great. The prices are also reasonable. I'm very happy with the bike now. Unfortunately, deadlines were missed; that can happen, but in that case, I expect to be notified as a customer and not have to chase after it myself. Things can definitely be improved.
