I simply needed two valves. They were available individually at a very fair price. In my opinion, a very well-stocked store with friendly service! I would definitely shop here again.

Yes My 3-speed gearbox was broken. A reinforced 3-speed rear wheel was fitted. I'm still completely satisfied with it. The staff at Fahrradkiste are all so friendly, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. You won't find it this cheap at any other bike shop, and the repairs aren't either.

I had a bent spoke and wanted to have it replaced. This was done quickly (2 hours) and the wheel is running straight again. The staff were friendly and the price of €40 for truing the wheel was perfectly reasonable. I'd gladly use them again :)

I can't understand the reviews about the unfriendly reception here. I received extremely friendly and honest advice, even though my bike was just making an annoying rattling noise. The cause was found and fixed. I would come back anytime. Thank you very much.

I visited Fahrradkiste Fürth in December and received good advice. The bike, with new rims and spokes, was ready by the scheduled date. The subsequent spoke tightening was also completely problem-free. Very friendly staff; I can only say that I would go there again anytime. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the help.

I've been a customer of Fahrradkiste for quite some time and have always been satisfied. I recently had a problem with an older bicycle and contacted Fahrradkiste again. Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely. The salesperson made it clear that he could help me, but he didn't want to because it wasn't profitable enough for him.
