The JD Sport employee in Flaer, Fürth, literally threw me out of the store, even though I wanted to buy something ten minutes before closing time… Such staff should be ashamed!

Beware of fraud! I bought a pair of shoes that were priced at €135 according to the label. However, at the checkout, I was charged €145. Despite arguing with the staff, they insisted on the higher price. I was also laughed at and yelled at by three employees at the checkout.

Extremely unprofessional. We ordered a package to this branch, with a stated delivery time of 3-5 business days. After more than a week, the package still hadn't arrived. Instead of admitting it was their fault, they blamed the customer! Instead of offering a solution, they simply told us to contact customer service. (Customer service was contacted and they were unable to help.) When we then requested a refund, as the delivery hadn't been as promised, the situation was handled very unprofessionally. The manager approached us and even threatened to ban us from the premises.

I really enjoy going to JD in Fürth. I was there again last night and I have to say, even when there are several customers in the store, the staff are always helpful and friendly to them.

I was shopping there this week, and I have to say it's a very modern store with cool, young, and competent employees. The young man in the cap gave me perfect advice from head to toe, a complete outfit. Thank you so much for that.

I am very dissatisfied with the JM Store in Flair Fürth. I bought a pair of shoes there that developed a noticeable defect in the heel after just two days. Despite presenting the receipt, the claim was rejected on the grounds that I had damaged the shoes myself – which is absolutely not true. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable to me. I will not recommend this store and will not buy anything there in the future. Very disappointing and not customer-friendly!

Always incredibly friendly and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the saleswoman with the brown curls – she takes her time, gives expert advice, and always has a smile on her face. You can tell she loves her job. Thank you so much for the wonderful service – I'll definitely be back!
