I requested a repair for my bike due to a flat front tire, so they replaced the inner tube. They quoted me €50. I was told to leave the bike there and pick it up again in the evening. With an hourly rate of almost €100, it's a matter of personal preference whether or not to accept such a price-performance ratio. I then went to a competitor who charged €30 and replaced the inner tube immediately (I dropped it off and it was ready for pickup an hour later).

I'm still speechless! I actually brought my bike in for repair because of a flat rear tire, and during the checkup, they apparently discovered that a part needed replacing! I gave my approval, and they told me the part was ordered! The upshot was that after 8 months!!!! I was finally able to pick up my bike with the diagnosis of total loss? What?! During those 8 months, all I ever heard was that the replacement part still hadn't arrived! Eventually, I lost it and demanded my bike back! The suspension is broken, and everything feels kind of brittle! The whole thing is unbelievable, but there's nothing I can do! So, a word of warning: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GO TO ZENTALRAD FÜRTH!

There is no record of such a case in our workshop documentation, nor is such a process compatible with our procedures.<br><br>Since your description contains no concrete details and we cannot verify any corresponding customer order, we strongly suspect that this is not a genuine customer experience. I went to Zentralrad Fürth today because the headset on my bike was loose. The workshop staff helped me quickly and competently – everything was fixed in about 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and took their time. On previous visits, I've always received excellent advice and had the impression that they work with expertise. Overall, very satisfied.

VERY HELPFUL! I recently went in with my bike in tow and two flats. For under €22 ZentralRad put two tubes on and gave my bike a quick look to make sure it was safe. The whole thing took under an hour. Great Bike Shop
