Never seen such a ridiculous company!!! I ordered 5 pairs of Salomon skis in May 2025. The invoice was paid immediately upon receipt. The delivery date stated on the invoice was December 11, 2025. After more than 9 months, I was informed that the skis are no longer available. Let's see what happens to the money now, but they've probably already lost it... Not even worth one star. A shameful company!!!

Go to Patagonia or, for the high prices they charge, buy three Decathlon jackets. Peak Performance used to be good, but now they sell cheap products that wear out quickly. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely outrageous.

I contacted Peak Performance about a defective item. A pair of pants costing over €400 delaminated after the first wash. What a piece of junk! Customer service told me there's nothing they can do! Never again will I buy these overpriced products.

Return slip is not included in the package. The complicated process is probably intentional to still do business. Communication is almost impossible. Don't order here! Be careful, if you order from Salomon via Google, this page appears!!!!!

Following the size guidance on the Salomon website for a S/LAB SPEED t-shirt (186cm =S) and being 180cm with a slim fit I ordered a size S. The t-shirt turned out to be so small that the label detached itself while trying it on. I immediately returned the item together with the label. Not having heard anything from customer service a month later and seeing that the item was indicated as still not being delivered back on the Salomon website, I directly contacted the customer service. The item was actually delivered but customer service wrongly and stubbornly claims that the item is worn and cannot therefore be returned - which I denied multiple times, explaining the above situation. Having bought my first Salomon running gear more than 10 years ago and having continuously been doing so since, I am very disappointed by the totally inappropriate size guidance on the website, the complete lack of feedback for nearly one month from the customer service after sending back the item and the total lack of trust towards your customers. At least, it is clear that I will not buy any running gear in the next 10 years from Salomon.

I ordered 8 days ago. To this day, there's been no update on the status. It doesn't even seem to have been packed yet. I received a vague email saying they'd contact the relevant department and that I'd be notified "IF" they get a response. They really need to rethink their logistics. Thanks for sending us on vacation without our supplies. Then, on Friday, two hours after they said they knew nothing, the package was finally registered with the parcel service, but... with the wrong address. Even though I changed my delivery address because of the extremely long expected delivery times. AMER didn't care. This was our last order through this website. I'd rather go to a store and order items if they're not in stock. At least there I have a real person who cares. Now the goods have been delivered to the wrong address, and nobody there knows anything about it. So, in addition to total loss, it's a TOTAL FAILURE.

I recently bought a Suunto Ambit 3 because I was happy with my old one. The heart rate monitor doesn't work. Neither does the Bluetooth synchronization. I've tried to resolve the issue several times by phone. Emails are ignored. The service is catastrophically poor. I cannot recommend these products because the service is abysmal.

In early July 2020, I purchased a Suunto sports watch from Amer Sports. This watch was a birthday present for my girlfriend, but unfortunately, the watch I ordered was much too large and bulky for her. The watch was, and still is, in its original packaging, but Amer Sports refuses to exchange it for a different model. I understand that Amer Sports isn't obligated to offer an exchange as a courtesy, but a reputable company with a strong customer focus would react very differently. In my opinion, Amer Sports is one of the less customer-friendly companies, and this extends even to the management level, which doesn't even respond to my request for a callback. I wouldn't recommend supporting a company like Amer Sports. They may not care about their customers, but as consumers, we need to realize that we ultimately give such companies power with our money, and we can potentially take that power away by not buying from them. I would advise against supporting a company like Amer Sports. It is also a shame and incomprehensible that such a renowned company as Suunto from Finland relies on such an unsatisfactory distribution partner as Amer Sports in Germany.
