Be careful: store is not open even though owner updated opening hours 12 weeks ago. Too bad.

I tried calling for two hours without success. I finally went there in person and learned that it wasn't an IT issue, but that the shop had closed until further notice because the bike mechanic had quit. It would be great if the website could be updated accordingly!

My Prophete e-bike was repaired quickly. The service was very good, and I would have my bike repaired there again. The price-performance ratio was excellent. There are repair shops that don't repair inexpensive e-bikes. I'm glad I found this shop.

Absolutely recommended in every respect: My story: The cycling season has fully begun, and it occurs to me that I definitely want to cover quite a bit of ground this summer with my Kalkhoff e-bike. The tires will soon be borderline worn out. Even as a novice, I'm confident changing a tire on a regular bike, but definitely not on an e-bike. E-bikes are highly complex, high-tech products equipped with the most sensitive electronics; as a novice, you can't just tinker with them. Also, I wasn't familiar with the principle of disc brakes, so even trying to do it by hand was out of the question. The problem: All the bike shops in Munich are, of course, completely booked in the spring and can't keep up with the work. NETTO Bike Service in the Garching-Hochbrück industrial park was a lucky find for me! By chance, I discovered that the well-known tire change service NETTO--Reifen-Service in Garching had also opened a full-service e-bike shop at the beginning of the year, offering all e-bike maintenance work. I was able to walk in immediately and was amazed by the exceptionally good service. A super-friendly specialist fitted me with new tires in no time, and my e-bike summer was saved. NETTO Bike Service also offers all e-bike maintenance work, and I will definitely use their services in the future. The shop has discovered a real niche in the market because, given the constantly growing e-bike market, small, standard bike shops will no longer be able to keep up with maintenance. A specialist company that focuses on maintenance is exactly what is urgently needed. Garching-Hochbrück also has a subway connection, so if a major repair is needed and the e-bike needs to stay there for a day or two, that's no problem. It's really great, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances who own an e-bike! (PS: You will be called back immediately if the workshop phone is unattended.)

Very friendly and competent advice. My mountain bike was completely checked. Now everything runs like new again. I drove over from the neighboring town just to get it done. It was definitely worth it. Thank you!

First time there, brand new workshop. The bicycle mechanic was off. I discussed everything with the manager of the car and tire service, which is in the same building. I'll book the appointment online.
