You only recognize good service when something goes wrong. I ordered Hoka Bondi 9s and unfortunately received different sizes. A quick call, and in less than a week, the shoes arrived in the correct size. Thanks for the service.

I visited Intersport Utzinger just to collect an online order, despite that, the personnel checked that the goods were in good condition, explained to me how to use them and offered to keep the paper box in case I didn't need it. They do an excellent job, excellent!

I've known the store and owner for over 40 years and have been able to buy a lot for ourselves and our grandchildren. The service has always been excellent, the selection of sporting goods of every kind is huge, the advice is top-notch, and the staff are very motivated...simply a great team. Thank you for your efforts. I will gladly continue to shop here and recommend this store whenever I can.
