I bought my Himalaya mountain bike there and can only confirm the positive reviews: From the very first second, I experienced top-notch service. The team takes an incredible amount of time, patiently explaining every technical detail of the bike, and you immediately realize that true professionals with a passion for their work are at work. The warm atmosphere in the shop is particularly wonderful – you don't feel like just a number, but rather receive honest and expert advice. The straightforward test ride and the first-class on-site workshop service also give you the confidence that your Himalaya is in the best hands for the long term. If you're looking for quality and personal service, this is the place to go. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back!

I'm very happy with this bike shop! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The advice was excellent, and I found the perfect bike for me. The after-sales service was also outstanding – quick help with minor issues and always a listening ear. Highly recommended!

6 out of 5 stars! ****** We have never experienced such competent, professional, and friendly advice and repair service. David immediately fixed the problem with my bike's hydraulic brake, explained and demonstrated everything, and gave us excellent advice. A huge thank you and much praise! We received incredibly warm and competent help from Myvelo when we had a breakdown on our bikepacking tour and thought we'd have to return to Munich. The helpful and very friendly employee was the hero of the day for us. Thank you so much for this uncomplicated and quick assistance.

Initially, I was very impressed with KW-Bikes while searching for a bicycle. The owner provided excellent advice, and after signing the contract, I was even offered a complimentary coffee! In retrospect, it was a very well-thought-out sales strategy. The full purchase price had to be paid immediately. If I wanted to pay upon collection, I was informed that the currently reduced price would no longer be valid. The estimated delivery time in January 2025 was 2-4 weeks. Now it's almost mid-May – and there's no sign of my bicycle. I've contacted KW-Bikes several times by phone. The blame was always placed on the manufacturer (Hepha). I was always put off for another week. The owner was "always very helpful" – but promised callbacks never came. About a week ago, I cancelled the purchase contract in writing and requested a full refund of the purchase price, which I had already paid. So far, I haven't received any response from KW-Bikes. This is extremely frustrating!

Totally impressed! I received detailed, professional, and more than satisfactory advice from the team. They also took my personal wishes regarding the bike into account, and every comment I made was respected and taken to heart. The company bike order was handled without any problems or complications. If I ever need a bike again in the future, KW Bikes will be the only option for me; other bike shops could learn a thing or two from theirs. The friendliest team I've encountered in a shop in a long time. Highly recommended!

It arrived with a damaged rim. Three other bicycle mechanics didn't dare touch the rim and declared it defective. At KW, the rim was repaired and I was able to continue my Isar tour.

I stumbled upon this shop by chance while searching for e-bikes on Google, and spontaneously decided to go there. The shop is super modern, clean, and you immediately feel comfortable. I received excellent, friendly, and professional advice without feeling pressured to buy anything. The owner (the shopkeeper) is also extremely knowledgeable. I ended up buying an e-bike there that very same day. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

A very nice shop, excellent service with ample time and a relaxed atmosphere. The selection and availability in the shop is surprisingly extensive for this time of year. The shop floor is spacious and everything is perfectly visible. There's a workshop on-site, so it has everything you could wish for.
