I can absolutely recommend this bike repair shop. Very friendly service, high level of expertise, and extremely reliable. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally. A defect was discovered in the battery, which another, "top-rated" bike repair shop had previously missed. They even wanted to remove the entire motor from my almost new bike. Then I brought the bike here for repair! Mr. Pache accepted the bike for repair at short notice, quickly identified the problem, and replaced the battery. Since then, the bike has been running like new again.

When a boss has employees like these on their team, they're incredibly lucky. We've been there several times in recent weeks, even on Saturdays, and our problems were solved immediately and to our complete satisfaction. And that's not all. They even oiled the chain on our bikes. To top it off, they also checked and adjusted the brakes. This is the kind of service you hope for. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this shop. And the advice they gave us is simply outstanding. We feel very well taken care of. THANK YOU!

My wife and I just bought two e-bikes there. We were particularly impressed by the thorough and expert advice we received from Mr. Huber. We were able to test several different bikes extensively and are now very happy with our purchase.

We bought our first e-bikes here about three weeks ago. Before that, we'd been to one or two other shops and always left feeling rather aimless and without buying any new bikes. Not so at the bike shop in Germering. Mr. G.'s advice was very competent, we felt very well taken care of, were allowed to take an extensive test ride, and were also given excellent information about accessories. We actually wanted to sleep on our choice, but as soon as we were in the car, the decision was made, and we went straight back to sign the contract. Since picking them up, we've been riding the bikes almost every day and are thrilled every time. Especially by how much more of our surroundings we've suddenly been able to see. Many thanks to Mr. G. for the time he invested in us.

Left my bike for preventive maintenance and informed that any additoinal repairs upto 100 € could be done automatically. But they could fix the bike to perfect condition without any additional repair at all. Wonderful service, great people one can learn how to do customer service from the entire team. Der Radl-Markt (Mr. Huber) gave us friendly, professional advice, adjusted the bicycle, made sure it was right for my daughter with a test ride, and even loaded it into our car. I also noticed a colleague helping an elderly man from the street with his car tyre repair set. One of my most pleasant purchasing experiences ever. I can unreservedly recommend this shop.

I went today with a stuck right road pedal. Because of my attempts of trying to remove it, the hex head of the pedal was pretty rounded. I went to this shop searching for help. Despite my bad German, they were friendly and professional. After trying to remove the pedal with an Allen tool and a wrench unsuccessfully, the, dismounted the crank set, grinded the pedal axis and removed it with great effort. The impression the gave during all the process was super professional and experienced. I was too attended in the moment, without previous appointment. Price was much more than fair for the service provided. I recommend the workshop of the shop, which is what I used, greatly.
